+ -1 moreI used this individual in the past. He unbolted my toilet from the floor and this was the first time he had done this. He wanted $100.00 up front, before fixing anything. He accepted the money and never performed the job. He told me that he would contact me regarding the charges and he never got back to me. Essentially, he stole $100 from me.
Description of Work: I hired to fix the toilet.
