HD Renovations

This was a very stressful, disappointing experience. First, the plans for the 2 bathrooms that I spent many hours on over 2 days with the tile designer weren't followed. This resulted in the master bath wall tile height being only 36", rather than the higher wall that would have resulted. The plan for the hall bath was also not followed, resulting in a 36" wall height, but that carpenter corrected it. Also, there are many tiles in both bathrooms that aren't level. Two different professionals later stated that the unevenness could have been prevented. One of the new doors has stuck badly since it was hung, The new wall ledge of the shower stall leans slightly, which resulted in the glass company stating that a modification was needed. The construction owner refused to make the correction, stating it was the glass company's problem. I had to hire another contractor to fix the problem.

Entire process from beginning to end was great.

It went great.  Korey and James own the company and both are on job site.  They arrive on time and are friendly and professional. The whole crew was great.  Loved the built-in final product.  Korey and James were responsive when we had concerns about the finished product.  Overall, the were easy to work with.  Also, they were surprising clean.

The entire project went very well from start to finish.  Corey was very prompt in coming to my house to give an estimate.  He explained what he would do and how it would be done. He quoted a very fair price and we scheduled the job for the very next week. I originally  asked only for the walls to be done, but later added the two outlets and painting.  Corey gave me prices for these service over the phone and we added it to the original contract. Kyle and Scott did the actual work. They are two of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet and it was a pleasure having them in my home.  They showed up every day at the scheduled time and were very thorough and professional.  They gave me a lot of feedback about the jobs' progress and encouraged me to ask questions. They did a great job on my basement and i would not hesitate to hire them again for any future projects that might come up.  In fact, i recommended them to my brother and he hired them! If you are looking for a company that does a great job at a fair price, do not hesitate to call HD Renovations and talk to Corey.

Everything went well from the time we contacted them until the project was finished.  They were very helpful with details and always got back to us when we had questions.  A very positive experience.

I can not say enough good things about HD Renovations. They far exceeded our expectations; We asked for a Buick, and they built us the Cadillac of bathrooms! Corey and his team were punctual and professional. They showed up on time every day and were finished with the project well within the estimated time frame. We look forward to hiring them to finish our basement in the very near future.

We investigated 4 companies including the builder of our home. Prices varied from $6,000 to $10,000 (the builder's price). HD gave us instructions all along the way about what we needed to do and who we needed to see. They were very helpful. We are quite pleased with our new installations.

Everything went extremely well. Even though we made a change part way through the remodel, Corey and his team were flexible and responded as professionals, addressing our concerns/requests and exceeding our expectations. Excellent work!

After getting three estimates, I selected HD Renovations for the following reasons: 1) Corey Hinton contacted me immediately and set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. 2) I received the estimate within the one-week time frame as promised. 3) Corey outlined the project exactly as I requested. 4)The estimate was in line with the other estimates I received. 5) HD Renovations does all of the work themselves, there are no subcontractors. This is the third kitchen remodeling we?ve had done (the other two were in two other houses) and I specifically looked for an organization that did all of their own work.

The estimate included everything that I requested and was within the budget that I had set. Even when I made several changes, Corey was responsive, patient, and professional. He made several excellent suggestions for things that I was uncertain about. 

They started work on the day that was promised and finished in the four week time frame as promised. Corey was here every day, arriving promptly, working earnestly, and staying all day. Everyone who worked here was highly skilled and very professional. My questions were addressed immediately and every detail was taken care of. They cleaned up at the end of every day and took pains to keep the dust and inconvenience at a minimum. As is true with any remodeling project, there was a slight problem which was immediately addressed. 

The finished kitchen is a showpiece! The quality of the work was excellent and I am extremely pleased. I will hire HD Renovations for future remodeling projects.
