Workers came and installed the product. After about 6 months I noticed the rain flowing off the gutters and creating ruts in my yard and mulch. After several phone calls not returned and no evidence this place is still in business I contacted another gutter cleaning establishment. They informed me the gutter guards on the back of our house were installed over top of leaves and debris. He estimated $430 to take them off and clean the gutters then replace them.

THEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE ABOUT 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THE TIME GIVEN. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND WHY. HE SHOWED ME A SAMPLE OF THE TYPE OF GUTTER SYSTEM HE WOULD USE AND GAVE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. I CALLED HIM A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THAT AND ASKED THAT THEY COME AND DO THE WORK. THEY CAME ON THE DAY THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID THE JOB WHILE I WAS AT WORK. THE WORK LOOKS WELL DONE AND THERE WAS NO MESS IN THE YARD WHEN I GOT HOME. THEY LEFT THE WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR ME AND SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK.
