Very well! We discovered our heat did not work when we woke up.We called John and he sadi he was out of town.He advised me to call his son in law Keith.Keith told me he was in the area and came within an hour.He discovered a faulty part that was installed previously in the fall.He could not get it until the next day.As a business owner my time is valuable.I heated our home with two fireplaces overnight,and he showed up the next morning and got us going as promised.all he asked for payment was a small fee,which did not even cover his time.Awesome customer service!Thank you!

Called at 9:30 pm and they answered the phone and asked how they could help me. I think it's important to answer the phone with a live person when you offer 24hr service to critical residential systems. The service call was done, paid, and technician out the door by 10:30pm. That's one hour turnaround on a HVAC service call on Sunday evening at 9:30pm.
