 + -1 moreI used Matt on several occasions. This work described above was over a few year period. He added a deck on the rear, he was very nice and professional, down to Earth I would say. The deck turned out beautiful. He made sure it was solid as a rock. His prices were half of what the other big contractors charge. Same with the basement, he charged about 1/2 the price of the other contractors and we kept using him for that reason, and the fact that his work was outstanding. I found him through word of mouth.
Description of Work: Added deck on rear of house, added kitchen sink, replaced my thermostat for a more energy efficient digital one, finished my basement and added 1/2 bath to basement.
