The woman in charge called to day before to confirm (we had booked on-line) and was very polite and totally on the ball.  The truck was immaculately clean, and they were ready for us when we got there to pick it up.  That is NOT the experience we've had with other places, which took forever with the paperwork and gave us a truck that looked like someone had been transporting firewood!

Due to no heat or electric we opted to stay a night in house because the Red Cross could only accomodate us and not our precious pets. Dennis arrived next morning with his crew and he succeeded in getting us heat. He and his men went over and above the call of duty to get the work done down to the last detail, even remoldeling and redesigning our bathroom towel closet and completed the renovations in just a few weeks. They even did other problem areas not affected by fire. We were very happy with the work. There after Dennis continued to do other jobs for us or contacted the proper people when we needed help, such as electric etc. We consider Dennis and his company valuable friends and would definitely use them again.

They had two men her at my house to remove and replace gutters that had been damaged by ice. The workers did a good job of clearing the snow so that they could get to the work site. They replaced the fascia board and then left for the day. I did not hear from them for over a week. At that time I looked here and found that they have received F's for their previous work. I told them I would get someone else to finish the work. The bill came today and they are trying to charge over $700 for what should be about $300 worth of work. They have only 5 man hours in the job and just over $42 worth of materials. This company is a complete rip off. The wood has knots on the edge that have fallen out. They do not come back in a timely manner. The lady on the phone refused to even listen to the problem with the invoice. My advice is to never use this company for ANYTHING! They use a price by the type of work estimator rather than bill for the actual work done.

MAY 2006 I STARTED GETTING A BAD LEAK IN MY ROOF AND WET PLACES ON MY CEILING. HE WAS SAYING THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO LOOK INTO IT. I CALLED GENERAL AND DENNIS CAME OUT TO SEE WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM WITHOUT A LADDER AND HE SAID IT WAS THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AND THAT WASN'T HIS PART. I CALLED HIM AFTER ANOTHER CO. TOLD ME IT WAS THE FRONT HALF. I CALLED HIM AGAIN TO TELL HIM THAT HE OWES ME $150 FOR THE FIX OF MY ROOF SUPERIOR DID. I'VE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THE ROOF WAS LEAKING. HE DIDN'T STAND BEHIND HIS WORK.

DENNIS O'QUINN IS A WHEELER DEALER SWINDLER. BEWARE OF HIM. HE'LL DOUBLE TALK HIS WAY OUT OF ANYTHING. VERY DISHONEST.
