+ 0 moreEverything went well. Dan Frost does all kinds of work related to homes. Very professional. Never tried to use hard sell tactics on me. I would call him again for any kind of remodeling or renovation on my house.

Description of Work: Completely gutted and remodeled our bathroom; new kitchen floor, removed wallpaper and freshly painted;removed wallpaper in bedroom and freshly painted. Excellent professional service and friendly workers. Mr.Dan Frost, contractor, was very attentive and regularly was on premises to check quality and work schedule.He was referred to us by our realtor.

+ -1 moreThe experience with Frost was a very good one. They communicated very well with us. The quality of the work was good, and the price was lower than the other contractor we checked with. They started the job when they said they would and took the old ramp out and installed the new one in one day.
Description of Work: Removed an old wheelchair ramp in our garage and installed a new, improved ramp, according to the specifications we discussed.

Description of Work: Frost contracting rebuilt our deck and railing, replaced sliding doors and installed under deck drainage system.

+ -1 moreDan was extremely professional. He is very knowledgable and he went above and beyond by actually fixing a couple of things that he had not bid on without charging me extra. He was on time, on budget. His subcontractor was excellent, showed up when he was supposed to, told me the stucco wouldn't match which it didn't quite. I was extremely, extremely pleased with his services.
Description of Work: Dan replaced the curtain boards on the back of our house which are part of the structural part of our home. He had to remove stucco, decking, replace the curtain board and replace the decking. He had a subcontractor do the stucco work.

He even went with me to a meeting I had with the sellers and went to bat for me telling them what was needed and at what cost it would be. He was very professional and I will use him in the future.
