 + -1 moreWas overcharged $2.00, and then the person in charge for the evening gave me back .82 instead of $2.00. As I challenged her on this she told me if I didn't believe her to look at her calculator. I had to fill out a form for the .82, even though she had miscalculated, and had given me the wrong amount back. As I was waiting, a man who apparently was a regular customer kept interrupting, and she talked to him as she was doing my transaction. I hate to think that one person can make me change my mind about the whole place, but she was very rude, and still argued about the $2.00. I may give them another chance because it was a small amount of money, but they need to maybe rethink who they have in charge sometimes.
Description of Work: Went to pick up some flowers for a friend.

Description of Work: ORDERED FLOWERS FOR CLOSE RELATIVES FUNERAL IN ANOTHER STATE. FLOWERS NOT DELIVERED. WHEN CONTACTED THEY SAID THEY GOT BUSY WITH HOMECOMING ORDERS AND NEVER GOT AROUND TO PLACING TELEFLORAL ORDER. HOMECOMING MORE IMPORTANT THAN FUNERAL?
