WOW! We love our countertops. The entire process was pleasant and Jamie (owner) was very professional and responsive. The price for such beautiful, functional countertops was very reasonable and we could not be happier. They responded well to problems encountered following installation and were there within days to remedy. I would highly recommend them!!!

The counters and sink looked great. Got lots of complements. Only problem was their sanding machine was very loud and did not collect the dust well. Had a mess to cleanup afterwards with dust travelling. They should have sealed off the kitchen with plastic. But if I do it again, I will require the plastic go up. And yes, I would use them again.

EVERYONE WAS PROMPT AND POLITE. THERE WAS SOME TROUBLE WITH PIPE FITTINGS UNDER THE SINK, BUT PAUL TOOK TIME TO FIGURE IT OUT AND FIXED IT. I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF WINTER SPECIAL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

COUNTERTOPS WERE DEFECTIVE-SCRATCHED EASILY. I COMPLAINED AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL. THEY SAY IT'S NOT DEFECTIVE, BUT IT'S DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL SAMPLE I SAW. HOME DEPOT WILL NOT HELP EITHER.
