Extreme is a family owned operation with a couple of employees. We strive to provide the highest quality service possible. We have been in business for over 3 years and our business thrives on the word of mouth advertising of our satisfied customers. Serving residential and commercial customers throughout the central Ohio area. Pricing is based on the size of only what is being cleaned, not a per room count. Our cleaning process is a 'steam cleaning' process more formally known as warm water external extraction. It is a low moisture high extraction cleaning that removes over 95% of the water used in the process. As a result, carpets are left soft, residue free and dry within 2 - 4 hours of cleaning. We have a full line of spotting agents available that allows us to remove and remedy even the toughest spots and stains.

I contacted Extreme Carpet Cleaning Pro because our carpet was in desperate need of a cleaning.  To my surprise, they had an appointment slot available the very next day.  With less than 24 hours notice Greg was on site.  The final price was identical to the over-the-phone estimate he gave the day prior. These guys are prompt, professional and deliver expert service at very competitive rates.  I'm telling everyone I know about this awesome company!

They do a terrific job. The technician was quite smart and very careful. We had a few pets stains which he took care of. The floors and carpets dried very quickly.

The owner came out to do the work, and he was very good to work with. He did everything that I asked him, and I had some very specific things I wanted to have done. My only complaint would be that around the holidays, I called because I wanted to get another service done. I left a message, but nobody called me back. But the first experience was excellent.

They've done very well! The technician arrived on time. He was very clean, polite, fast, and did an excellent job. He was very professional and moved the furniture, too. He gave us information on the cleaning process. The carpets dried quickly, and we'd use them again!
