With humble beginnings in the garage of his Westerville home, the company grew to its present size of over 50 employees. The do quotes on Tuesday so I was able to pick the Tuesday that worked for me and the time. They were on time and quoted the new system under what I was anticipated. I called to schedule the work and they had a 2 week lead time. Appointment was scheduled and they were again right on time and got right to work. My home presented a couple challenges but they were able to figure it out quickly and the final product looks incredible and performs great. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to a friend or hire them again in the future. Note: I had them add 3 tap outs for future projects which slightly increased my overall price.

Very well. Eaton Plumbing was excellent at getting me scheduled quickly for an estimate and then for the actual work to get done. Everything was completed within a week. Kenny, who got the work done, was professional and courteous. Also the pricing was very reasonable.

The old tank was removed and the new tank with a pan and drain pipe was installed. The plumber was careful to protect wood floors and cleaned up after installation. He explained how to operate the hot water heater. Originally, I intended to install a tankless hot water heater, but after several estimates, Mike explained the venting issues with tankless hot water heater in my house. The venting pipe would have blocked access to my crawl space. With his help, I decided that installing a tank with a pan would be better.

The experience was excellent. I will hire Eaton Plumbing the next time we need a plumber. We needed to be able to access the main house drain to camera and clear the drain. The original clean-out on the stack was not usable because it was poorly placed when our house was built over 60 years ago. It was surround on 3 sides by a concrete block wall, the furnace, a water softener and the water heater. There was no way to get a snake into the old clean-out point. We hired Eaton to put a new clean-out in the stack pipe so we could easily access our house main drain. The solution was easy: cut out a short portion of the stack pipe, and replace it with a new piece that included a clean-out pointing in the right direction for easy and safe access. The experience was good from start to finish. Max Eaton came to our house to discuss the work we needed done and to give us an estimate. A plumber was able to come out about a week later to do the work. Randy performed the work and we enjoyed working with him. He took out the water softener and re-connected the pipes for that. Then also put in the new clean-out. All the contacts with Eaton were positive. They knew what they were doing, showed up on-time, kept the work area clean and were pleasant to work.

Great! Max Eaton came out and diagnosed the issue immediately. He scheduled the repair for the following week, giving all the utility companies (who he called) time to come out and mark the lawn. His workers arrived exactly on time, and did the repair in one day as scheduled. The repair was of a higher quality of the original homebuilder's work (the builder simply ran the pipe into the concrete foundation. Eaton's people put the new pipe in a protective sleeve to prevent another crack, even if the house settled further over time.) The final price was also exactly as he had quoted it would be.

Communication with the customer service members was exceptional via email or phone. They took out the time to answer many of my questions regarding water heaters and explanation on their service. On installation day, Plumbing Technician Austin, was prompt, courteous, and professional with the removal and installation of my two gas water heaters. Austin left the work area nice and clean when he was done with the install. I waited a couple of days before posting this review to make sure there were no issues with the installation, and I am happy to say, no issues to report. Replacement units are working fine! The original quoted price was $1871.00, but I added other misc items to my order that increased the price quote, which I was okay with since the other competitors were giving me price quotes from $2,200 up to $2,600. I will definitely use Eaton Plumbing Inc again.

Arrived extra early and didn't notify us. He was on the phone as soon as I opened the door. Continued his conversation then without introducing himself, asked what needed to be done. Left a bit of a mess on the floor which he didn't clean up. When he finished the job he handed me the invoice and immediately said, "So you gonna pay me now?" I'm never hiring again.

I have used Eaton Plumbing on several different occasions. They have been great to work with. They have been prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable about how to fix whatever problem we are having. Their office staff is helpful when I call in to schedule as well. I feel like their prices are very reasonable. *The first time we called a few years ago, they sent a new employee. He was not helpful and came back a second time without resolving my issue but charged me for both service calls. When the paperwork went through the office, the office manager called me to let me know they were not going to charge me for those visits since nothing had been resolved, apologized for that employee (from what I understand, is no longer with the company), and sent a different plumber out. Randy was able to quickly see what was wrong and resolve it. They credited the amount I had already paid toward my bill, apologizing a second time. Burt was out on our latest call, and he was great as well. I highly recommend both Burt and Randy. Eaton Plumbing is my go to plumbing company.
