Direct Roofing did a great job for us. They had been recommended by a neighbor. The biggest draw for them was pricing and quality. They did quality work on the roof and were priced $3-5K less than the better-known companies' estimates. They were professional and friendly in general, and Steve in particular. The one drawback was they weren't the best at followup on questions I had, so I had to do some extra legwork upfront and through the process. But, that being said, I would willingly do the extra legwork again for the price and quality that they provided. Highly recommend.

No calls, no estimate - I appreciate the fact that all the roofing companies were busy, but most were able to return calls in a timely manner. It could very well be that this is a reliable contractor---that s why I called them in the first place---but overall I was unhappy with my experience.

They were very responsive, and had a very high quality of work. I had done some looking around to get the best price and they had the fairest one that I found.

Steve came to the house an did the waterproofing. In addition, he fixed a small crack in the stucco, sealed some areas around screw heads and re-aligned the plate on top of the chimney. When I asked him what the job cost, he said no charge. This company is above reproach. I strongly recommend Direct roofing. They deserve a Super Service Award.

The quote was prompt and very reasonable. Work began with the tear-off, and there were no debris left. Each day, the workers checked the grounds for anything that might have been missed. The total job was done promptly and very efficiently. Steve kept me posted of any problems and of how the job was progressing. There were no hidden costs. I was very impressed with the roofers. They used nails instead of stapling with an air gun. This takes more time, but creates a more secure roof. I had a small leak (no fault of the roof or the workmanship). I called Steve on a Saturday morning, and he came to the house within a half hour. That problem was resolved. The cost of the job was extremely reasonable and the time that it took was short. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a roofing problem!

From the beginning planning stages until completion of work, we felt very at ease with Steve and his crew. They were very quick in getting back with us after calling and getting the estimate done. They had very competitive pricing and were reasonable. They started the work when he said it would be started. Excellent clean up afterwords.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME, REPLACED THE ROOF IN THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE, AND CLEANED UP VERY WELL. IT'S A SMALL COMPANY AND THE OWNER, MR. HORAN, WORKED ON THE ROOF WITH HIS MEN.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! THEIR PRICING WAS TERRIFIC. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ADDED ON WHAT WAS NEEDED BUT DID NOT GO OVERBOARD. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT WORKERS. I THINK I ONLY FOUND ONE NAIL AFTERWARDS.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE TO ANYONE! THEY DONT DO ANY ADVERTISING THEMSELVES, ITS JUST DONE BY WORD OF MOUTH!
