I MET WITH DESIGNER FOR AN INITIAL ESTIMATE AND CONSULTATION. NO WRITTEN ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN JUST A BALLPARK FIGURE. WE MET A SECOND TIME TO SKETCH OUT A PLAN. WHILE HANDLING A PERSONAL ISSUE THE DESIGNER WAS OUT OF CONTACT FOR A MONTH. SHE DID SEND ME THE PLANS THAT WE HAD SKETCHED OUT WHEN I CALLED TO ASK FOR THEM. THE PLANS WERE EXACTLY WHAT HAD BEEN DISCUSSED. PLANS INCLUDED PLANT DESCRIPTIONS AND PLANT CARE. IT DID LACK IN PLANT VARIETY. ONE PLANT COULD NOT BE LOCATED THROUGH ANY NURSERY. THE DESIGNER DID GIVE ANOTHER PLANT RECOMMENDATION. CHRIS, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL HOWEVER PERSONAL ISSUES DID DELAY PLAN COMPLETION. CHRIS OFFERED TO REDUCE THE COST OF THE PLAN DUE TO THE DELAY. SHE PROVIDED THE PLANS AT NO COST.

THE WORK WAS WELL DONE, THEY TAILORED JOB TO MY REQUIREMENTS, AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. FINAL JOB WAS MORE THAN QUOTED, BUT I ASKED FOR AN EXTRA JOB TO BE DONE.

THEY ALSO DO LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM DO WORK FOR US. CHRIS WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY.
