 + -1 moreDAVE WILCOX OF DEL EAST COMPANY IS A SAINT! I HIRED HIM TO RE GRADE MY 1 ACRE LOT. DAVE STARTED BY TILLING MY LAWN FIRST, THEN HAULED IN TOPSOIL, AND RE GRADED LOT FOR POSITIVE DRAINAGE. AFTER TILLING DAVE HAULED OUT ALL UNWANTED TRASH FROM LAWN. I ALSO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIS DUMP TRUCK , BY HAVING HIM HALL IN SOME BOULDERS AND MOVING THEM IN TO PLACE WITH HIS EQUIPMENT. DURING THE TIME OF WORK WE HAD A BIG WIND STORM AND I LOST 3 LARGE TREES. DAVE HAD SOME OF HIS FRIENDS COME CUT IT ALL UP AND HE HAULED IT ALL OUT FOR FREE. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD MAKE MONEY OF OF THE WOOD AND KEEP SOME FOR HIM SELF. DAVE WAS MORE THAN FAIR. HONEST , AND LIKE I SAID A SAINT!
