Description of Work: Mortgage closing services. They dropped the ball and didn't provide services timely. Almost lost the contract sure to late closing. Would never recommend them even if they were free. Beware!

 + -1 moreMy experience was a roller coaster, but Jenn @ Concord Mortgage was with me all the way! She was cautious, optimistic, honest, loyal, confidential, fair and extremely professional! She guided me through the 6 week process and at the end, she was able to have me come to closing with a check of only $763.00!!!! Jennifer Hall @ Concord Mortgage was so informative and so communicative and I came to closing with as much knowledge of my closing as the closing official had! I have never had such a fantastic experience during a home purchase in my life! I would strongly suggest anyone trying to get an FHA Loan or 203K Loan or any kind of loan, to go through Concord Mortgage in Westerville, OH and ask specifically for Jennifer Hall!
Description of Work: I went to Jennifer Hall @ Concord Mortgage after trying one other bank who was not accomodating at all. She not only got the home loan for me, she also instructed me on how to acquire a 203K loan.
