Process did not go well in terms of turnaround time.  Started process on July 21 and finished paying on July 26.  It took a ridiculous amount of time to fix the problem.  The original problem was cannot connect to the Internet via a wired or wireless connection.  The owner gave the assignment to a newly hired young man.  He was a very nice young man, very polite.  The problem was that turnaround time on the unit.  Very frustrating to deal with.  Took Skype completely off and never reinstalled.  Company did honor giving us a 15% discount.  Frankly, it should have been more considering the hassle to get the computer back.

The news was bad but the service was excellent.

He was a good computer repair person and I really appreciate his service. I had searched Angie?s List to see who I could find and there wasn?t anybody that handy and stuff so I just took a chance and I was very pleased with his work. The things went pretty well overall. I asked him to let me know what was wrong so he did the check and he told me upfront the minimum payment. He was very good about calling me and asking me if I wanted to make some changes in my upgrading. When I told him yes then I had the price. Then he did not have one thing in stock so he told me that if I went and got it, the memory, he would put it in. So I went and bought it and he did the installation for me. He was very honest about the prices and gave me good estimates and stuck to that. Overall my experience with him was an A that is why I want to recommend him to Angie?s List. His price was better than a couple others that I called, he was actually less than another company. I checked with the other company just to take it in for initial checkup and ComputerSmith was $50 cheaper on that. So far my computer is working fine. If it works I will give him credit for it. He was able to take care of it right away and he called me and kept me up-to-date on it. They were going to be closed one Sunday but he told me ahead of time so I appreciated that and that kind of things. I ended up having a little delay but he explained it and apologized. His professionalism is defiantly an A that is why I was really impressed with him. I would use their service in future if I have the need and I would recommend him to other people.
