I needed to find a new computer support person and looked up the computer providers in the Westerville area.  I live in Westerville and like to hire Westerville businesses to support the community.  I found Computer Wizard and spoke to the owner, Dale Peterson.
He was able to make an appointment with me within a couple days of my call to him.  He arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional and did a complete clean-up/tune-up of my desk top computer.  He also took a look at my I-pad to make sure everything was in working order.
I was very pleased with the service and will certainly contact Dale again for any future computer needs.

Dale took a lot of time and repaired my laptop!! He ended up having to manually repair several files within Windows 7 that somehow were corrupted. The laptop is working well again. Dale went above and beyond in my view. He is very conscientious, professional, prompt, friendly, and kept me informed. He went above and beyond what I expected,forma flat rate service so I gave him double even though he was not asking. Fair is fair!! I should have contacted Dale first. He listened to the problems that I was having and did not focus on the supposedly easy fix that the first tech did. I would HIGHLY recommend Dale to anyone who needs services performed on their computer. Again, Dale went the extra mile and then some that others may not have done without calling it quits. He doggedly looked for the problems, found them and fixed them. I cannot thank him enough! He knows what he is doing!!!
