CWD Construction & Demolition

I had hired them for a job back in May 2024. I had my backyard raked and graded with topsoil plus straw and grass seed. I am very unhappy with the outcome because I use to have grass and no dead spots. Now I have a lot of dead spots and dirt and weeds. When mowing my grass this year, it is lumpy just like it was before they worked on it, It feels like the topsoil was never packed down. I have email, texted, and called him to resolve the situation, and i received no response. Not responding to my concern this is not a good way to run a business.

I had Barry?s company replace the downspout drains to the curb. I had 4 estimates and he blew the others out of the water. His crew was finished in 1 day! I will most definitely use his company for other services.

Commercial Waste Removal took down my diapidated garage. I was very happy that they were able to get to it quickly. The guys were very nice and I got a cool time-lapse video of the demo. What I didn't anticipate was the amount of nails that were crushed out of the wood and left behind. I have put in so many hours (multiple days) of work raking the area and going over it with a magnet. I'm still finding nails so I'm not comfortable parking in the back of my house because I don't want to buy new tires. I would suggest moving the pieces of wood to the dumpster rather than crushing it all into tiny pieces...especially considering I need that area to park my vehicles. The photo attached only represents part of the 1st day picking up the nails. We have found many, many more...and still finding them. I don't park out back and I warn anyone who does because I am not buying their tires.

Great job. Mike on the excavator was terrific. He did a great job, tearing everything down without touching anything around the area, and left the area like he swept it with a broom. We would definitely hire them again.

Pleased with the cost of the project, The owner, Barry, and the guys that worked on the project are very experienced and all a pleasure to work with - all around a great experience! Barry the sale guy and owner is a great person he helped me to choose which side of dumpster fits for my needs.

Commercial Waste Management does a nice job. I will hire them again for my next demolition, concrete of block wool on need in the future.

Commercial Waste Removal was very prompt in responding to my online deck demolition request (submitted around 4 pm), I received a phone call in less than 2 hours. I also needed the demolition done ASAP. To my surprise we had worked out a deal that evening and my deck was demolished the following day. WOW! Good work and friendly, I would recommend and use again.

Very easy to do business with. Friendly people, and fair pricing. Drop off and pickup times were later than expected which was my only complaint

Had to fire them as they were unprofessional. They gave a very cheap price and it was reflected in the quality of their work. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They were awful. They had very little clue of what they were doing, and left our property a mess.

I used "Affordable Basement Solutions" to repair and patch the foundation of my house built in 1918. I had to have the work done to insurance company standards, and they did an excellent job. They were all very friendly and professional and they cleaned up after the completion of the repair and it was as if they had never been on my property. When the insurance company reviewed the work they were very impressed with the results and commented on how much they liked the decorative finish.

so far having hard time finding any one that is interested in this job. Only three people came to see after I sent pictures of the crawl space. one 10,000 dollars. other 145.00 a hour two men and three to four days, and the last was $7,500.00. needless to say this is more then we have for this job. was hoping that we could find someone around $1000.00 - $1500.00. We just need a repair that will last 5-8 years not a total replacement that will be able to with stand Tornato's, etc. no need for steel beams. So we are still looking .

Excellent work and timely completion

Commercial Waste was very punctual responding to my request to rent a garbage bin. They also delivered the bin on time and they were very professional.

Delivered on time, larger dumpster provided than ordered for the same charge. Had trouble with their driver, not able to pick it up on time so we had it for a couple of extra days, again at no additional charge. Easy to work with and clear about what material they could and could not take.

I ordered a dumpster for the weekend, with a Friday delivery. They had a mechanical problem with the equipment and could not deliver it. They drove over to tell me they could not deliver it and then on Saturday they brought over a dump truck and helped me load it.

Commercial Waste Removal was great. Delivery and pick up were on time and the associates were very friendly and helpful. Pricing was extremely reasonable. This was a great company.

The people I dealt with were very professional and did their work to my complete satisfaction.
