Acquired a very worn, used sofa for my son and his roommates.  The sofa was in great shape from a structural standpoint, but had a layer of grime over it--no real problem spots; just overall dingy looking.  Called Columbus Pro-Dry on Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday and clean the sofa; they had a cancellation in the area.  The sofa was in the garage. Between the low-moisture cleaning method and the unseasonably warm weather we've been having, the sofa was completely dry by the end of the day.  It has gone from a dingy/dirty, dark beige color, to a very bright creamy-beige color.  They did an outstanding job!  Very happy with how this sofa looks.

I was very pleased with the results, all of the stains were gone from my carpet after he cleaned it.  He was on time, professional, and quick with getting the job done.

The house was basically empty so he worked very fast and was very thorough. There were spots that had been hidden by furniture and grout that was very dingy. When I saw the house after the cleaning, the difference was amazing.

The owner did a great job! Our couches are older, beige and we have 3 pets and 2 small children. The couches are paying the price. But after Pro Dry cleaned them, they are looking great! Have used Pro dry twice and will continue to use in the future. Fair price, polite and professional.

Jon was TERRIFIC!  He successfully removed a large spatter of marinara sauce that accidentally (obviously) found its way onto my almost new beige sofa and decorator pillow.  He worked carefully and diligently, explaining along the way options and odds for success. I couldn't be happier with his approach or the outcome.

Exactly what you want out of a small, local company.  Friendly, on-time, did a great job at a reasonable price.  Was able to get out a couple ground-in stains that I never thought would come clean!

It looked great. Spots removed and carpet looked very clean especially after the mess that had been made by 2 puppies and our older dog!

It went great, I called and made the appointment, and he called when he was on his way as I requested. He was on time, and did a very good job. He is a very nice man. He also gave me an Angie's List discount.

Everything about them is wonderful and awesome. They did clean the carpet excellently.

The service provider arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.  He seemed very knowledgable about different upholstery fabrics and rug materials.  Our sofa is seven years old, and has been through a lot with our two children.  It has had food, formula, milk, etc. spilled on it in several difference areas.  Jon was able to clean it very well, and the rugs looked practically new after he was done.  It took him about an hour to clean the rugs and sofa, and about an hour for the rugs and sofa to dry (I opened the windows to help the process).  There was no left-over chemical smell.  All in all, I was happily surprised about how quickly the cleaning took, and how quickly the rugs/sofa dried (we brought our two small children home from daycare and they were able to play right away without worry of getting their clothes wet).  When we need another rug/sofa cleaning, we'll be calling Columbus Pro-Dry again.

We bought a Groupon from another carpet company and called them three times to confirm our scheduled carpet cleaning. It was scheduled for a Saturday morning. We moved our entire living room furniture out for the carpet cleaning and the company never showed up. We looked on Angie's List and saw Columbus Pro Dry listed, called them in a panic and the owner came out on a Sunday (which they don't always do) and personally cleaned it himself due to our exasperation and our horrible Groupon experience. I don't even remember the name of the company we had scheduled now. I wish I did so I could call them out!
We will definitely be using Columbus Pro Dry again. He was amazing and so friendly and professional.

Jon cleaned three area rugs that have not been done in two years. He totally bought them back to their original color. He even took them outside to clean so nothing would get on the hard wood where they were placed. He also has a process so they dry in no time at all. John is very knowledgeable and share information with you on the different types of carpets. Jon was wonderful to work with and concerned about his work that it was the best which he went above and beyond on everything. I will surely call him back for other work. I highly recommend him if you are looking for the best.

He was prompt, kind and professional. I was amazed how clean my rug came out, I thought it was all stained and worn. I have used Columbus Pro dry before on the advise of a friend and I will use him again in the future.
