LITERALLY, ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS SHOW UP 2 TIMES (INITIAL APPLICATION AND CLOSING) TO MAKE THE PURCHASE AND GET IT FINANCED. DEAN KEPT ME APPRISED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND HIS ASSOCIATES (PARTICULARLY SHAUN DECKER) WERE PROFESSIONAL, FLEXIBLE AND HELPFUL. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING ON SEVERAL OTHER PURCHASES AND REFINANCING MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE WITH DEAN AND CHAMPFUND.
