Called Castle Security at 1:00 PM to ask them if they could repair an already existing home security system that had been installed by another company years ago. Keith Charles answered the phone and committed to be at my house at 2:30 PM that same day. Keith arrived on time, inspected the system, located the problem, and made the repair. He answered all my questions, did not try to sell me a new alarm system, but stated that it was an easy repair to my existing system, and there was at this time no need for any dramatic upgrades or overhauls.

We had a hard wired smoke detector chirp in the middle of the night, of course. It was installed by the new home builder's company. We replaced the 9 volt battery. Three days later, the same detector started chirping again. Mr. Charles repaired the detector even though his company didn't originally install it.

KEITH WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH. WE WORKED UP AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AND MODIFIED IT AS NEEDED ALONG THE WAY. STEVE INSTALLED THE SYSTEM ON THE DATE PROMISED AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT CASTLE HAS DONE.

I HAVE USED CASTLE SECURITY IN 2 RESIDENCES, WITHOUT AND WITH A DOG, LAND LINE AND CELL. BOTH KEITH AND STEVE HAVE BEEN COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND HAVE EXPLAINED EACH STEP OF THE INSTALLATION WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
