 + 4 moreRick was great to work with. As he works primarily alone, we did get delayed on our start date some due to finishing up other jobs. Once started, the work progressed smoothly and he did bring in help for some of the larger tasks, like the drywall. He kept me updated on the progress and made several suggestions during the work that really added to the finished look.
Description of Work: Rick finished out an approximately 300 sq ft space in our basement to accommodate our fitness equipment. He built out two walls, added two doors and dry-walled the entire area, including ceiling. He installed can lighting, cable and electric, and hung a plasma TV. He finished the room with wood trim, wainscoting, and shutter doors to cover the entry into our crawl space. As an aside, he suggested the addition of some storage shelving area on the back side of the longer wall...he added this for an additional nominal fee of $200 and it was a great idea and wonderful to have. He made the door covers for the crawl space himself and matched them to the wainscoting...he also boxed in a shelving area for the cable box and DVR. The quality of his work and the finished product is outstanding.
