JEFF RUTTER, THE OWNER, DID THE WORK IN A QUICK (1 DAY) MANNER. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED TO IMPROVE THE LAPTOP WITH HIS EXPERTISE BY ADDING ADDITIONAL PROTECTION AND DOWN LOADING NEEDED ITEMS. HE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
