C&C Ceramic & Remodeling

C&C Ceramic and Remodeling was a perfect choice for what we needed done. We needed our basement finished but obviously within budget. The other quotes we received were for a much higher price and a completion time of five to eight weeks. They were able to do it in three weeks. They were always on time and very professional In their work manner. Every question that I had for Mike, the owner, or any of his crew was always answered. I would definitely recommend them and plan on calling them with my next home remodeling project.

This was one of the smoothest projects we had. Mike and his team were professional, courteous and responded to texts or voicemail immediately. An added bonus, the team helped us with our dog! The terms of the contract were straight forward and explained upfront; there were no surprises. Mike gave us great suggestions on how to remodel our space. We couldn't be happier!

They were very courteous, they did a good job. They got it done in a very timely manner. The end result is very nice and I like it a lot. The price was just based on the labor of removing the old and installing the new. I purchased the tile that I had wanted installed from a different supplier.

we found mike and his crew to be very professional as well as prompt and reasonably priced. mike was more than willing to answer any questions we had as well as work within the budget we had allocated for these projects   we plan on using mike and his team for some future projects and we would highly recommend them to others for quality work and fair pricing.

It went very smoothly, Mike and his crew came in and did exactly what was promised and in the time frame promised. Even with a few hiccups along the way they were able to overcome the hurdles and provide my dream bathroom from floor to ceiling. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family as well as clients. Having a good contractor is helpful in my business of real estate!

Floors were beautifully done. I know these will last for years and years. They were professional and honest throughout the process and will be coming back to carpet my upstairs and remodel my master bathroom. It's nice to know who we can trust when we need something like the completed. We will be recommending to friends and family.

The employees puled up the old kitchen flooring and replaced it with a new ceramic tile. They also replaced the old kitchen back splash with a modern update. They completed the project as agreed to my satisfaction at a very reasonable price. I would recommend the company to other users of Angies list.

The whole process from contract and budget sheet discussions to installation and completion was great. The only we experienced more cost was if we exceeded our budget allowance or added items/services on. Mike is very responsive to questions and concerns and was returned calls in a timely manner.

Mike and the team did a great job in letting me know what the project would cost and any roadblocks along the way. When the drawer slides for the cabinet were faulty from Home Depot he told me how I could get new ones and came back to reinstall after the project was complete and the replacements arrived.

A couple of weeks after starting the job Mike was going on vacation.  He wanted me to pay him $1600 in advance of the contract terms because the tile I ordered was going to take 2 months to come in.  I refused because it was too much and he threatened me.  I then agreed to $1400 in advance and he continued to threaten me for 1.5 hours on the phone (arguing and threatening over an additional $200 advance).  The rest of the job didn't go well at all.  Mike was very rude to me and my wife and I was very anxious to get the business relationship over with.  Unfortunately, he didn't come back for weeks at a time.  He eventually told my wife he was not going to finish the job.  C & C Ceramic is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.

- We verbally agreed on things and I was charged more, or charged for things that were verbally agreed to be included.  He handed me bills at work (I work from home) and expected payment immediately.
- The dishwasher never was installed correctly per the contract.  It was sticking too far out in the kitchen and my cabinet drawer would not open.  It wasn't mounted either.
- The interior walls of the mudroom were never built at all per the contract.
- The ceiling was damaged and never repaired or finished per conversations and contract.
- The tiles in front/under of the dishwasher were installed very sloppy, uneven and leaving more than a 1 inch gap that must be fixed.
- The outside microwave exhaust vent has large open gaps allowing the pipes to freeze and infestations.
- The culvert in the yard was crushed from them parking in the yard.  It never got fixed.
- A sub-contractor hit the house with his truck and damaged the siding and it was never addressed.
- The scratches put in my car were never addressed.
- The attic still isn't insulated properly in a workman like manner after mentioning it multiple times.
- The wall behind the refrigerator is extremely rough and was not prepared for the cabinets.  The cabinet is mounted crooked as a result and the wall must be finished in order to paint.  See photos.
- There were other issues that I am not going to mention.

They worked 14 hours a day to get it finished by my deadline. They were fantastic! Their price was reasonable and my floors look great!
