BECKY SEEMED TO BE A FRIENDLY PERSON. SHE CAME ACROSS ON THE PHONE LIKE SHE HAD GOOD REFERENCES AND WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. THAT'S WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE. AS BECKY WAS CLEANING, SHE WOULD ASK IF I WANTED CERTAIN THINGS CLEANED, EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS SPELLED OUT ON MY LIST. WHEN I WOULD SAY YES, I WOULD LIKE MY FLOOR SWEPT AND MOPPED, SHE WOULD GET A DISGUSTED LOOK ON HER FACE.

SHE'S PRECISE, VERY NEAT AND TIDY, FOLLOWS UP WITH PHONE CALLS, CHECKS IN BEFORE EACH TIME SHE COMES. SHE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE THINGS I ASK HER TO DO. SHE'S VERY AVAILABLE AND DOES A GREAT JOB.
