I can't say enough positive things about Steve Sagraves and his remodeling company. The finished product was exactly what I was looking for. He constantly kept me in the loop, letting me know who was coming and what they were going to do that day. He made the process very easy and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Price was less expensive when compared to others. The work looks great, very happy with the finished work. Time was stretched out over 10 weeks, quite a bit longer then quoted. Some laborers were split between jobs and would only be at the house for a few hours. Make sure you have fixtures and finishes picked out and have them quoted correctly. We had things picked out ahead of time and submitted at time if quite but we were hit with some overages. We were able to come up with a compromise on price . Steve was easy to get in touch with and returned calls promptly. He was also able to give us exactly what we wanted.

His name is Sagrade and he did an excellent job. It turned out really nice. He did it in a very timely manner and did it when he said he was going to have it done by. He offered to do a lot of little detail things that I would not have thought of on my own, that he incorporated as we went along and the overall job turned out just beautifully; it really did. I am very satisfied.
