Description of Work: They replaced two shingles that were blown off my roof in the high winds the Monday before Thanksgiving. I had saved one shingle, they provided the other. They did not have an exact match, but were able to provide one that was very close. Description of Work: We hired this company to re-shingle the roof. Matt was our representative and he was very professional and courteous. I spoke with him before the work started about my concern for old shingles being thrown off the roof and sliding down the house; afraid of black skid marks. He assured me that that would not happen. But it did. And they finished the job without repairing/cleaning/painting over those marks. So I had to call them back out to assess that damage. They sent a couple of guys over to take care of it, but the cleaning and paint job they did was substandard. I had to monitor the progress of all the skid marks, which took a few trips for them. They finally had to spray paint the siding on one side of the house to get it back to the way it looked before the job started. |They also installed several pvc lengths in the attic for air flow. But they were just sort of lodged into place. Within a week or so, most of them had fallen down, and I had to call the company to come and actually install them into place. |The roof looks great; they had to replace some of the wood, which they told me ahead of time may need to happen. I was just a bit disappointed that we had spoken about the skid marks before I hired them, and skid marks were made and not repaired/fixed before I had to say something.
