The inspector was prompt and professional. He went on roof and then into the attic. He assured me, with a 99%, confidence level that the roof was not leaking. The vent looked fine. In the attic there was some discolored wood but this is not unusual. He looked for evidence of water flow on the ceiling and surrounding area. He found none no evidence that nails and other was rusting. He suggested that if the roof were leaking, there would be evidence when looking at the ceiling from the hallway. There is none. I see evidence of water on the floor of the furnace room and on the wallboard near the floor. I was skeptical because it leaked when it rained hard. Still his explanation was very logical and convincing. He offered to come out and do a water test with a water hose. I declined since his argument was so convincing. d I will follow up with more inspections of my own. I do not see where the water is coming from and especially only when it rains. The inspector was extremely pleasant and patient. He handled my skepticism well. The inspector is an excellent representative of the company.

An estimator/sales representative came to the home and met with me after the roof was measured. A thorough explanation was given of all the components that would be part of the new roof, as well as what any cost overruns might occur. The job was scheduled two weeks out following our deposit. A team of 3-4 roofers came out to do the work. The job was completed timely and cleanup was thorough to ensure that no nails or other debris were left behind.

The work was done with little disruption, even though house movers were on-site the second day. The finished product looks good, and so far, the roof doesn't leak. The crew cleaned up before they left.

As on other occasions when we have used B&T Roofing, the representative was punctual and professional and provided useful information regarding the problem at hand. If the roof had been the cause of the leak, we'd have used B&T to provide any needed repairs.

This was an estimate only for vinyl siding. I elected not to replace my aluminum siding but to repaint instead. Had I decided to install vinyl siding, B&T Roofing was my second choice. (my first choice company estimated a comparable price but was giving an 18% discount to Angie's List members) Matt took measurements on 6/26/13 and returned on 7/3/13 with a written estimate. He was punctual and courteous. I would recommend him. Kudos to Matt for informing me that my aluminum siding was in excellent shape and suggesting I consider repainting the siding rather than replacing. He was the only service provider of vinyl siding to make that suggestion.

It was great. Robert came out initially and he was friendly and helpful. The installers were friendly and professional. The job took one day to complete and it looks great!

Insulation & roof workers on time, finished in 2 days. Estimator took care of attic vent insulation & did some wood repair (I pointed out after shingle work on garage). 2 plant pots broken, but I was reimbursed. Some wood replaced on house base roof.

It went very well. Their salesman, Matthew came out and gave us a good idea of how much insulation we needed to add and quoted a satisfactory cost for the job. The installers, Jeff and Brandon showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and neat manner despite the bad weather that day (thunderstorm). They had to cut an an access panel in one of the walls to get to a part of the attic and that was done fine leaving us with a nice looking panel cover. When the job was completed the guys cleaned up the very small amount of debris that was created and left the area in a good condition. We have used this company previously to put on a new roof for our house and garage and we are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone else.

We were impressed with the thoroughness of the presentation and materials. They did a good job on the roof and cleaned up after themselves. They are no leaks in our roof. They are very attentive to detail. They answered all of our questions, came out to fix any problems, and inspected the job after they finished. Their price was reasonable.

Their price was very high. I really liked them because they told me exactly what they were going to do. They were thorough. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were very professional. They were great. It was just price that I did not go with them.

They were pretty prompt on the phone, they were responsive and they gave me the estimate quickly and their service was fine.

I didn't actually end up going with them. One of the reasons that I didn't choose them was because they said the insurance wouldn't cover the damage on my roof. The other company said that it was weather related damage and that insurance would cover it. So I went with the other company and they were right. I had received three or four quotes around that time period most of them were between $8000 and $12,000. I would say theirs was probably around $8000 to $9000. They sounded professional. They sounded like the four or five companies that came. But the big difference was that right out they told me that it wasn't weather related and insurance wasn't going to pay for it.

call for bid, they were the lowest and had a good Angie's list score, came during the time frame I asked for, did the job, forgot to do one thing, called them, they came back immediately and did the last thing, paid them.

the billRobert was very prompt coming out for the estimate. His price was not the least expensive, but I chose this company based on the professionalism he showed. When the men came to do the work, there had been a misunderstanding of how my roof was constructed and they drove almost 2 dozen screws through my roof where they were visible from below. They stopped work immediately. I spoke with Robert who negotiated a reduction in price for the insulation board that they no longer needed to use. The men patched and repainted all the holes and finished the job the next day. I had Robert out to do an inspection before I paid the bill, because the workers had left some of the nail caps used to hold down the temporary tarp under the flashing. The workers came back out the next day, removed the nails, and repaired the flashing. My only quibble in the end was that I found a number of these tarp nails in my landscaping later. The roof is great and hasn't leaked at all.

Well I thought all is well, all his work was performed where I could not see the end results. The attic. You see, I did not hire them. they were subs hired by Porkchop basements who was doing a complete remodel of bathrooms Mold was discovered and the cost went threw the ceiling. The reason for the mold is attic not venting properly. I was told everything is well until this last winter when I look up into the attic from the inside of my house and discovered that Ice was forming on all metal nails inside the attic.which means too much moisture. I was upset to say the least. I called Muth roofing Co and they came out and checked on my situation. The discovered that the overhangs were not venting causing moisture to build up inside my attic. The bathroom vents were not put in right either. they leak air into the attic and Muth had to fix that too I WILL NEVER EVER US PORKCHOP BASEMENTS IN GAHANNA, OHIO NOR B&T ROOFING AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM. OH BY THE WAY WHEN ASK BY MUTH ROOFING WHO DONE THE ROOFING WORK I TOLD THEM B&T ROOFING AND THEY LAUGHED. THEY ARE BROTHERS (THE OWNERS THAT IS) MUTH ROOFING DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW THEY WOULD FIX IT. I AM GUN SHY ON GIVING MUTH A RATING UNTIL THIS WINTER. PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING AS THEY SAY.

We heard a dripping sound in our gas fireplace. We just moved into our new mome and I was concerned that we lost a pice of our chimney. It turns out that the sound was coming from our drip pan in the attic and that is totally normal. B&T was prompt and very professional. I appreicate tieir honesty and professionalism. I will use them again.

I worked with Matt and he was prompt and professional. Matt came and met with me to go over the shingle options; I chose the color and type of shingle I wanted. I trusted him. The workers came and it took them two days to replace the roof. They covered up the bushes and moved my container garden away from the house. They returned everything to it's rightful place. They also moved an old car of mine that wouldn't start into my garage and moved it back. The roof looks great and I have not had any leaks into the house. The job was well done. Thanks! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are excellent. The shingle company only reimbursed $50 for a roofer to collect shingle samples to send in for the warranty claim. B&T reduced their normal inspection fee so that we would not have any out of pocket costs. They then prepared two estimates for work to assist us in evaluating the options provided by the shingle manufacturer.

The hoisted the gutter back up and cleared the gutter.

Matt provided the estimate and coordinated the project from start to finish. He did a great job of keeping me informed of what was scheduled, answering questions, giving me ample time to make decisions, and making sure I was satisfied with everything. I noticed a few things I thought could have looked a bit better, and Matt worked on resolving those himself. The work crews were all friendly, hard-working, and very good at what they were doing. They also cleaned up well after finishing work for the day. The whole process really went very smoothly and my house looks great! I'm very happy that I chose B & T for the project and would highly recommend the company.
