Leonard was right on time, explained all that he did as he was doing it, and found good solutions to problems that i had not seen.

Leonard seemed nice enough on the phone. I gave a very detailed description of what needed to be done. remove a flat screen, replace it with another one that was larger and move it to another part of the house , remove and hang it. I was told it was a simple job, quoted 2 hours at 100/hr. Once he got there, the job was too big, too much work, he had a list of other things that he could do for a price was there a hour and removed three satellite speakers complaining about how he was going to do this by himself. This was explained in detailed and i asked him prior if he would be able to do this and was told no problem. well let me tell you, the price was up to 670.oo because he wasnt prepared and I needed new special brackets that he happened to have in his truck from an estimate of 200.00 Well we politely ask him to leave because we felt this was outrageous but still charged us 80.00 for the trouble but that he took to the bank and cashed it quicker than he spent in my house. I dont think the ink was dry on the check when it was cashed. STAY AWAY. NOT ON THE LEVEL

"Amazing what people will say to excuse their shortcomings. They did not tell me everything about their project. I was told that the customer's wife would help me lift and move the TV's. They were very heavy and mounted very high on the wall. She had just had back surgery & could not lift anything! The tv in the living room was previously mounted incorrectly (not centered). It was almost a foot off center & they wanted me to correct that. Not just switch out tv's. My bracket (32" wide) was larger and could accomodate the move. (Their bracket was 16" wide).The basement tv was mounted between surround speakers and since the set was larger, these speakers had to be moved and rewired. Another item I was not informed about. The new basement tv was a 60" Sharp and the mounting holes in the back were spaced farther apart than the old bracket could accomodate. Luckly I keep spare brackets in my vehicle to make an installation work. With all these extra issues I was not informed about,I realized the job would take longer than expected and I went to discuss all these issues with the customer. She couldn't understand why I would want to charge extra to do extra work. She obviously could not lift the TV's (after her husband promished me she could), the customers brackets would not work with the new TV's, the extra work would take more time and effort. I charged a basic service/drive fee (after spending an hour & a half in the home). (I did inform them my 1st hour was $100.) They lived in Canal Winchester. This is the first negative review I have received in the 20 some years with Angie"s List referrals."

Leonard is terrific to work with - he knows audio and video inside and out. He's terrific at listening to what I need/want and a genius at running wiring and handling the most difficult installation.
If you're hanging a flat panel TV, installing speakers and want to hide the wires, or have any audio or video needs, don't hesitate - Call Leonard!

Outstanding. A consummate professional and proud of his work. Leonard goes the extra mile to ensure that all of ''his'' wiring is completely hidden. Took the time to set up the entire home theater system (including the TV) for optimum viewing and listening. He was a pleasure to work with.

LEONARD CALLED US BACK QUICKLY AND SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME ON THE PHONE GIVING ME SOME OPTIONS AS TO WHAT MIGHT BE CAUSING OUR PROBLEM. WE ENDED UP TRYING WHAT HE SUGGESTED (ACTUALLY SIMPLIFYING OUR SETUP) AND IT WORKED. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN WITHOUT PROBLEMS NOW FOR OVER A MONTH. LEONARD SEEMED GLAD TO HELP AND OFFERED US ASSISTANCE OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON IN THE FUTURE. THE LAST TIME I CALLED I WAS ASKING HIM TO COME OUT AND HE SUGGESTED THAT I TRY A COUPLE MORE THINGS BEFORE PAYING HIM TO COME...VERY RARE THESE DAYS.
