This is a two person business and they run it professionally. Made the appointment, he called back two days before to confirm, was prompt on arrival, did an excellent job, made sure that I was satisfied with the job and cleaned-up without leaving a trail. He is personable, the dog saw him as no threat :) and I would highly recommend him for your service.

Clint and Austin did a great job for us on an older SUV that we're getting ready to sell. The interior was filthy (from years of kids and spills, etc.) and they got it looking great. The exterior of the car was cleaned to showroom condition and the engine looks brand new. I have no idea how they do it, but it was well worth the cost and will help me get maximum dollar for the sale. That's great, but almost best of all was that Clint scheduled the job for July 3rd (holiday for most of us), was precisely on time and did the work in a very timely manner; only tied-up the car for less than two hours. Convenient, prompt, and did a great job. I highly recommend.

Clint an Helper did an outstanding job.

Contacted them to schedule an appointment last week and was told that their first available was in mid-July, about 17 days away. I went ahead and scheduled anyway. Clint called the next day to let me know they had a cancellation for the following day and asked if I would like to move my appt up, which I did. They called when they were on their way, arrived promptly and set to work immediately. At first I thought $170.00 was pricey for an interior detail, but when I saw all of the specialized equipment and the end result, I was impressed. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future.

I was very pleased with the total commitment of Clint and his helper to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. I performed a thorough review of their work so that I could confidently say that I was satisfied with all aspects of the job. Clint appears to be very genuinely sincere in his desire to do everything that it takes to ensure that his customers will be willing to provide all A's on reviews such as this. Since I had another contractor sealing my driveway on the same day, Clint had his helper drive my car (with my permission) a short distance away to perform the work at a local school's parking lot. As a bonus, Clint was happy to provide his views in response to my questions about what I should do (or not do) regarding a couple of small scrapes on my car. I truly think that Clint knows that his business will be more successful in the long run by painstakingly assuring that each and every customer is happy in the short run! I expect to use his service again.

Excellent communication and professionalism. One of the best detail companies I've ever worked with. They came to my home and brought their vehicle and all professional equipment. My large SUV was not super dirty inside or out, but I wanted an extremely thorough detailing of interior, exterior, and engine. The guys worked on my truck for a couple hours, and did great work. My truck looked amazing! I wanted to wait a couple weeks after the detail to post a review so that I could drive my truck and look for any areas they might have missed. Obviously it is difficult to find every small area immediately when they ask you "can you take a look and make sure you are 100% happy?" Unfortunately, I did find some areas: little things like when you put the gearshift from Park to Drive or Reverse - they didn't clean there; and when you turn the steering wheel all the way to one side or the other, exposing that small area behind the steering wheel - they didn't clean there. Small stuff, but that's the definition of "detailing", right? I would use them again, but I chose a high priced (I consider $300+ a fair but higher end price for a detail) detailer so that I would get perfection, and I didn't get perfection. I would recommend, as their communication, customer service, and professionalism overcame the "details" that they missed.

I had a great experience with Auto Detail Doctor! They were responsive and showed up on time! They called me a day before my appointment and the day of the appointment to confirm the time which I appreciated. My car looks fantastic! The price isn't cheap, but the convenience is worth it. I stay home with our 2 year old so there isn't time to deal with dropping off my car and waiting for it to get done, so this was a huge convenience for me. And not only that, it only took about 2 hours, so it was easy to fit that in.

They are on time and return calls promptly. My car had food spilled in it from catering and they were able to get the smells out and the spillage.

We called Clint and he had finished work for the day. However, he was kind enough to accommodate us at his home shop since we live only 10 minutes away. He did an excellent job for us spot cleaning with his steamer. We would most definitely use him again. We can't thank him enough for getting us out of a tough situation. What amazing service!!!

I called Clint about detailing my SUV. I said I would like it done as soon as possible. He said he would try to clean my SUV the next day and would call me in the morning. Clint called me twice that day to tell me approximately what time he would be at my home. He was on time, professional and they did a great job detailing my SUV. I would use them again and appreciated their punctuality.

Clint did a fantastic job and his professionalism is unmatched. I called him Tuesday to try and squeeze in a Sat appt for a surprise gift for my wife. He was extremely prompt in his return call and explained that Sat might be tough but then was able to rearrange his schedule to make it work for me. He called Sat morning to let me know of his ETA, arrived on time and got right to it. The quality of work was superior as the car looks brand new - showroom quality - right down to the tires. I will definitely use him again as well as pass out his cards to others. I very much appreciated his time on a Saturday morning and look forward to having him come back soon to work on our other vehicles. All aspects of the work were exceptional. Vehicle was returned to "showroom" condition after several hard winters and lots of the great outdoors being tracked into the car. Would use service again and refer to friends & family. Clint made sure all aspects of the service from the first return phone call to final inspection were done with the customer in focus. Could not be more pleased with the experience.

I called Clint and got his voicemail and he called me back faster than I had anticipated. I explained the concerns that I was having with my car and he said that he would do his best work. So no guarantees other than providing the best work that he could. I was fine with that considering I?d rather someone be upfront and honest with me about what they can and can?t do regarding my vehicle. He was able to get me in today amongst other appointments that he had which I was very appreciative of. Clint and his assistant were very professional.. very personable as well. You can tell that he?s serious about his work and the quality of his services. For any prospective buyers, Clint is very efficient and while he will converse with you, he?s very focused on getting the job done and getting it done to your satisfaction. Clint is the ONLY detailer that I have come across in recent years that I can see myself trusting with my vehicle. I?m amazed at what he can do.. I?ll show you a photo of the engine bay on my vehicle.. that was the most impressive aspect of the work done today just because of how nasty and neglected it was before he was able to give it a little TLC (e.g. tender loving care). It looks like it?s showroom ready.. it looks so good ! Nevertheless with that said, Clint is the man and I don?t say that just for the sake of saying it. If you need some work done for your car just to restore it, prepare it for sale or any other need you may have.. I am looking to have my car detailed before trade in. First off, he asked when do I need the service completed. When I said today or soon. He said he is booked solid until 5/25/15. I would have appreciated if he just cut the chase and said his schedule is booked up until 5/25/15. Unfortunately, my car needs to be appraised before this date. He asked me to call back because sometimes they finish up the day early. The suggestion did not go over well with me. I expect the business to follow up with me if there is room in their schedule not the other way around. I gave the business a "D" for below average customer service.

I needed my car cleaned up before we put it up for sale. After five years of two active young boys and lots of road trips, our SUV was in sore need of a deep cleaning. I wanted to get the work done quickly, as I was ready to move on a new car. Clint and his team worked with me to get us fit into their schedule; they were very respectful of my time. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and treated both me and my car with respect. Clint took the time when they were finished so that I could go over the car; he wouldn't pack up until everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely call them again soon to take care of our other car.

The service went well. The provider was willing to squeeze me into an already busy schedule. Price was a bit on the high side but service was great.

Clint and his assistant are great. One of cars was very dirty as it was used for work and looked brand new. Our other car was not as dirty but looked just as good.

We have had our 2013 Mazda5 for a couple years now and it needed some attention. We have a couple Great Danes and between that and the crappy Columbus winters, we wanted to get it detailed. I looked on Angies List and saw Clint and Auto Detail Doctor. I travel Mon-Thu for my job, so the fact that he could come to my house on a Friday was a huge plus. He had such great reviews I decided to schedule a detailing. I did an inquiry on Angies List and Clint got back to me within an hour or two. We talked about the options available and made the appointment. On the day before Clint called to confirm, and he also called when they were on the way. Everything they need is in their truck - they don't need to hook up to your electric or water. After two hours, he was done and my wife and I were amazed with their work. Even though we knew that the dog hair is always an issue when detailing cars, they got it to the point that you couldn't tell we had two Great Danes : - ) Everything, inside and out, was immaculate. He truly wants to make sure you're happy with everything before he leaves. I recommend Clint highly - he does amazing work and truly cares about his clients and reputation. What more can you ask?

My treat to myself/truck after making the final payment was to use what would have been less than a truck payment to have my 7 year old Ridgeline detailed. Clint was very accommodating, I couldn?t really do without my truck so dropping it off somewhere wasn?t an option for me so with him being able to come to my office was extremely convenient. I let him know when scheduling it was important to me to be able to go home at lunchtime to take care of my elderly dog so he took that into consideration and we decided on the date and worked together to coordinate our schedules. I had originally scheduled the inside/outside detailing, but a day or two before called him to ask if I could add on the headlight restoration service, although I know I should have had it done for safety reasons, I did it mostly because if the rest of the truck was going to look brand new I didn?t want my scratched/weathered headlights to damper the overall finished look. When he and his associate came to the office I showed him around the truck and we acknowledged one of the headlights may be a challenge and the driver?s side floor mat had obviously seen better days, but he said they?d do their best. It took the two of them around two hours but when I went out to see the final results I couldn?t have been more pleased. She looked brand spanking new, so shiny it was almost like looking into a mirror. Headlights turned out great, the engine may have actually looked better than the day I drove her off the lot seven years prior. What I appreciated most was Clint asked me to let him know if their work met with my expectations or if I saw anything I wasn?t pleased with, because he didn?t want to leave until I was 100% satisfied. I?ll admit, it was an investment, but well worth it and in this day in age, the level of service Clint provided is one all small companies should strive to achieve. Very pleased and would hire again in a heartbeat. Thinking I?ll do it every year for her, (Trucks), birthday.

Was scheduled for upcoming Frriday, Clint called me today noting the weather would be less than ideal on Friday. I really appreciated that! He then came out that afternoon to do requested work. I am antique dealer, and oh boy some of the stuff we put in the Cube is dusty dirty, old you name it! I also spend a great deal of time in the car eating on the road while on the way to auctions, sales and doing the antique shows. We were VERY happy with the results; car interior looks so much better!! Almost don't want to haul old junk any more..but its what we do...so we will definitely be using his company again! Clint was super courteous, on time, called when they were on the way, everything you would like all service provider to do ( but so many don't). Recommended without hesitation.

Clint was very great. He worked around my schedule and the weather! Very happy with the results and I'm scheduling our other cars soon.

Clint is very professional. The work was excellent. I had an 8:00am appointment and as time got closer it was apparent that it was going to rain. He was extremely kind in rescheduling for later in the day and he moved around other interior appointments to accommodate me later in the day. I plan on using his services again in the future.

This review is from my daughter, Molly, whom used this service. Clint is very professional, but approachable, at the same time. He promptly called me back after sending my message and he kept me in the loop at all times. He did a very thorough job. I had white cat fur all over my car and it is virtually gone. His service was quick and timely. He made sure to offer water and a place to sit while I waited for my ride to come while they had my car. Overall, it was a great experience and my car looks like new. The floor mats no longer have the ice salt stains and my car looks shiny and sparkling new.
