Auto Detail Doctor

This is the second time that I have had Clint detail my vehicle. On the first occasion he completed an exterior detail, and this time he completed a full interior and exterior detail. As my vehicle is relatively new, and I'd like to keep it looking that way, I decided to also have Clint apply the Opti-Coat Pro product to my car. Once again I was very pleased with the quality of the service, the level of communication, and the level of professionalism. When I called Clint I let him know that I was hoping to have the work done within a week and a half, as I wanted the car to be protected and look great prior to taking it on the road to visit friends and family. Clint, despite his very busy schedule, went out of his way to accommodate my request. Once again Clint was great with his communication, calling each day until he was able to fit me into his schedule. Another aspect of his communication that I appreciated was that if he said he was going to call to keep me updated, he did as he said he would. Then, when he was able to fit my car in, he was very punctual in regard to his arrival time. However, the weather was not cooperating with the plan (welcome to Ohio in July). As thunder was rumbling in the area, and showers were popping up, we decided that it was not going to work out after all. Clint reassured me that he would continue to do his best to get my car done before the date of my trip. However, shortly after he left, Clint called me back and said that he was still in the area, it looked like the weather might pass by, and that if it was okay with me he would like to return and give it a try. I was more than okay with that plan. Clint returned and got started right away. Midway through the process, however, the rain returned. I figured I was out of luck. But Clint was patient and determined to get the job done for me. Luckily the rain cleared up, Clint dried the car (again), and he picked up where he was forced to stop by the rain. Just like the first time he detailed my car, the car looked great when he was done! I definitely plan on using Auto Detail Doctor (Clint) again in the future, and I make sure to recommend him to my friends.

This is the second time I've used the Auto Detail Doctor... Clint does an amazing job. Clint and his helper showed up right on time to start the job. He brings everything that he needed with him which is nice. Clint would show me his progress as he was working through the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. My car looks like it just came off a showroom floor. Do not hesitate to use this company for any of your auto detailing needs!

Clint and his team did an excellant job on my Escalade. It was easy to schedule the service, Clint and his team were prompt and did a very nice job.

Clint and team were prompt and professional. I've had various companies provide detailing in the past and auto detail doctor was they best with attention to detail and the overall job completed. The car they recently did was older and was need of a complete detailing. The did a great job and I will use them again and would recommend highly.

I made the mistake of taking my car to the carwash and it put hundreds of little scratches in the clear coat. I called Clint after finding his contact info on Angies List. He answered right away. He was able to get me in the same day. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job on the detail. The car looked like new. He even cleaned up one of the rims on my other car where I had some "gunk" on it that I couldn't get off. Very professional and through. Will use again.

Clint is a great worker. I read about him and his business in Angie's List magazine last winter and saved it just for this vendor. I didn't even consider another vendor. I am selling my car and wanted to 'stage' it for optimal inspection by potential buyers. I looked at his service as an investment into selling my car quickly. I don't know if I could've used another service for less and achieved the same result. It doesn't matter to me because this detail job was everything I wanted. I only gave a C for price because he is higher than many others, but I cannot fairly tell if they are as good. Clint and his helper, asked me what I wanted from this detail and delivered. Beautiful wash and exceptional attention to detail on the inside. They made my 11yr. old Mazda look nearly brand new. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied before he left and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need since he knew I was selling it. I appreciated that. I would use him over and over because I know what I can expect from him, which is prompt, professional and outstanding results.

I recently had some major clear coat damage caused by a local dealership. Frustrated with the level of service provided by my local dealer, I decided it was time to get my own professional assessment of the situation. I called Auto Detail Doctor and could tell instantly that I was dealing with seasoned professionals. Clint was quickly able to assess the likely cause to the clear coat damage and recommend a course of action to correct it. I agreed to move forward with his suggestions and he arrived to my house on the SAME DAY I called him. He arrived on time and spent three hours polishing and waxing my truck. The results truly look AMAZING!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a no-nonsense approach for any of your auto detailing needs. Thank you Auto Detail Doctor! Clint (owner) returned my VoiceMail message promptly. He explained their mobility directly to my home. We discussed my schedule and we were able to make arrangements for the next afternoon! This was wonderful! We also discussed cost...it was extremely reasonable. Clint kept me updated throughout the day on his status and approximate arrival time. He and his associate arrived at the exact time he promised! Their work was exceptional...my automobile looks like it just came off of the Showroom floor! They were professional and very personable...they are experts at their trade! It took them only a little over an hour...I have their business card and would recommend them to my family and friends...and neighbors! I will be calling them again.

The initial appointment was on a Tuesday and had to be cancelled because of rain. We rescheduled to the next Thursday as he is busy. I asked that he call if anyone cancelled. He called, they had a cancellation and my car was complete on Friday of the same week. He is busy and there is a reason for that! He is courteous, responsive, on time, and professional. He came to my office and got right to work. The car looks GREAT! I absolutely would use Clint again!

Smooth experience from initial contact to set up the appointment to completion of services. Clint called the day before my scheduled appointment since rainy weather was predicted to see if I'd like to move my appointment to that afternoon or chance the weather. Talk about looking ahead for your customer's experience......that attention to detail was the same in the work he did with my car, cleaning it inside and out. I'll call him again and certainly recommend his services.

Clint arrives and gets right to work. He did everything to my wife's 2006 VW Jetta, including cleaning and degreasing the whole engine compartment and cleaning and clear coating the headlamps. After 102k miles, they were looking yellowed and very cloudy. Typical of course for older vehicles. Once Clint finished, they literally looked showroom new. In fact the whole car looks better than when I bought it in 2007. Most mobile detail shops use waterless cleaning, but Clint brings his own water and power sprayers to really get into those crevices, especially with the wheels, that waterless cleaning can't quite do right. He steam cleans the carpets and upholstery and uses clay bar treatment on the paint to remove the oxidizing from years of exposure to the elements. I haven't used a detailer that does that. Clint's work is fantastic and the car looks incredible. I would highly recommend his work to anyone, regardless of what shape your vehicle might be in.

Clint did an amazing job on my 2008 Chrysler Sebring! His work exceeded my very high expectations.

Clint was extremely responsive to our request for an appointment, and was able to book us very quickly as well. We requested an interior and exterior detail, and he did an phenomenal job! He even threw in a couple extras for free, which was a nice gesture. We had an oily spot in the trunk that he worked extra hard to get out, and it is so much better than before! The car looked totally spotless and so clean when we picked it up. He even sent us a picture of it once he was finished! We will most definitely be using his services again in the future. He was friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to get our car detailed!

Cliff was very professional. We originally set up an early morning appointment. He was aware that I'm not a morning person, so called back later when he had a later slot available. He calls when he is on the way so you don't have to sit and wonder when he will get there. He did a thorough job and had me inspect his work in case he missed something. I had never had a car detailed before and couldn?t be happier with the results.

When I called to set up the appointment, I thought we were going to be doing my husband's large suv before we sold it, but at the last minute my husband decided he wanted to keep his vehicle, so when Clint showed up we ended up having him do my smaller suv instead. He wasn't able to do it at our home because it's only street parking and that isn't safe for him to work outside with cars whizzing by while he has the doors open. (I had not thought about that previously, so be sure there is a safe place like a driveway for him to work.) So we drove to a nearby grocery store parking lot and he worked there for a few hours and then called me to let me know it was done. He did a great job. Quality was excellent. Communication was good. He really wanted us to be happy with the work and waited for us to inspect it before he charged us and finished. And he is a very nice person. I will definitely be using him again as soon as I get my vehicle dirty again. The wax he used is particularly good--super high quality finish.

Clint and his assistant did a good job detailing our car. We really appreciated his service because we don't have a lot of time to bring our car somewhere else and by him coming to us, really helped us out. Overall we were happy and appreciated the Angie's List discount. The only thing we'd suggest they do in the future is pick up the trash from the inside of the car and throw it away instead of throwing it on the ground outside the car. We weren't sure why they threw it on the ground instead of putting it in the trash can. But again, overall they did a good job.

Auto Detail Doctor did a FANTASTIC job! He gave me the price when I booked the job - minivans are more than compact cars - and was able to get me scheduled within a week. I had the option of having him come to my house or to my office to clean the car, so that was very convenient. He called ahead to let me know that he would be there right on time, and he arrived right on time. We looked at the car together so he could let me know what he was going to do, and what to expect. He agreed with me that our car was kind of a mess, but he would do the best that he could. The final result was WAY better than I thought might be possible. Clint has his own water, power and equipment in his van, so he didn't have to hook anything up to our office water or electric. The carpet looks like new - every speck of dust is gone - the window's look fantastic - the necks and crannies are cleaned and all the leather is looking great. The price was exactly what he quoted - he can take checks, cash or credit card payment, and he cleaned up the area when he was done. I will definitely recommend him to my family and co-workers!

It went great. Due to rain he had to start a little late, but he showed up and started once it cleared.

The entire process from arrival to completion was exactly as planned and expected. Clint came to my home to perform the work and an excellent job was completed in record time. I was preparing to put my 10 year old car on the market for sale and it looks great.

Clint did a great job with the interior and exterior detail of my car. I will surely use his service in the future!
