So first of all - Communication. This was excellent, they did a great job of keeping in the loop as to what was going on. I had a lot of questions and Fred took the time to answer everything and go through each stage with me. i thought they did a great job. The job was done on time for the trip, leather looks amazing. Seat heaters are great, although it's also August/September, so I can update in the winter, but they work great so far. Sound is amazing. They did a great job on the install, it all looks as good as coming from the factory if not better. Again - Professional, punctual, on schedule, on budget, very happy with the quality of the product and the labor/installation. very clean. 
I'm a very happy camper! Thanks guys - great job. I would use them again in a heartbeat - actually I should say that I WILL be using them on my next vehicles to come, for certain.

I contacted Auto Additions to have a remote starter installed in my daughter-in-law's 2013 Ford Edge. It was  my gift to her. Their price was $299.00. The dealer Ricart Ford wanted $500.00 to install one. Auto Additions did an excellent job; and a year later, the remote starter still works perfectly.

The interior of a 2000 Volvo S80 was getting threadbare and split from sun/time.  The cover of the console between the front seats was cracked and peeling.   The A pillars (upright body parts that surround the windshield) were flapping in the wind and needed recovered.
Staff was friendly and helpful.  Seemed knowledgeable.  They had plenty of materials types and colors.  They matched the existing interior materials and color very closely, considering how old and faded the original materials were.  They kept the car for 3 or 4 days.  Looks great a couple years later.  My son is still driving the car.

Installation went as described by vendor as far as the time it took and expected results.  Heaters work and the switches look as though they belong. 

They were excellent. They fixed that problem for me and as a matter of fact, they didn't charge me for it. I've done business with them before. When I went to start the car, the alarm went off and I knew the previous company must have done something there but I didn't want to take it back to them because it wasn't a Honda remote start, it was an after market remote start. I knew Auto Auditions put those in and even though they didn't do my vehicle, they took it back there, They found out what the problem was and showed me what the problem was and fixed it. The tech had me out there probably within a half hour of when I brought it in. They told me if I had any future work I needed done that thy would charge. I've always had good luck with them, I've had a vet roof put on a vehicle by them. They always do good work. I've never had any problems. They go over things with you.

Sunroof was damaged due to extreme freezing temperatures in January.  I contacted a Ford Mercury dealer who priced out the parts needed to repair it at over $2,000.  Suggested I replace the entire unit.  I contacted person recommended by my Ford dealer who advised me that he only installed new units but did not repair them.  I contacted Auto Additions and dropped off the vehicle.  I was informed two days later that they had found a unit in a salvage yard and could install it for $900 parts and labor.  The vehicle was ready when promised and we are pleased with the replacement.  No leaks, no problems a year later.

People were courteous and professional. 

I've been a customer of Auto Additions since 2008, when they installed my power sliding sun roof in/on my new truck.  This was done through my auto dealer; when I asked them at that time why they chose Auto Additions, they replied simply: "They're the best"!  And they are!   I have had them install new leather seat covers and heating pads for the front seats; when this was done, I asked them to put the two pads (per seat) both onto the seat, instead of the usual configuration (one on the seat and one on the low back of the seat back......in the winter I don't need to have heat on my back...my coat does that....I wanted quick heat to my buns!0. They easily agreed with me and put the heat activation buttons in very convenient sites on my front console between the two front seats. They also installed a rear-facing license plate frame backup camera. When that failed after five years, they replaced it with another unit without charge, Within the past year, I have experienced a problem with the sliding sun roof not completely closing, allowing me to hear the sound of air rushing past the "window" as well as water entering the cab during automated car washes.  I took the truck back to them this week and they found that a recall had been issued for that roof unit.  Within 72 hours, they had secured the replacement parts and installed a new unit.  I cannot be more pleasured with Auto Additions.  I highly recommend them to anyone considering installation of any of their myriad of products.

We purchased a new Chevy Equinox in 2012. We wanted fog lights installed and the dealer referred us to Auto Additions. Auto Addition came and picked up our car and installed the fog lights, the cost was right at $500.00 plus they charged us about $

5.00 for gas for coming to get the car. the fog lights worked about 3 months and then QUIT working, I took the car back to their shop and they found a broken wire was the problem. this happened 2 more times in about a 9 month period. the lights QUIT working again and I took it back again and this time I was told after they got the lights working again that I would have NO more problems with them. well about 3 months later the same problem again. this time I called my car dealer that referred us to these clowns and I guess the dealer called them and read them the riot act about fixing my lights. Knock on wood the lights are still working at this time been about 4 months. The only thing good about this place is the people appear to be courteous and they get your car back in promptly to repair their problem. The bottom line is it cost me over $500.00, the lights have been worked on about 5 times in a less than 2 year period and it has never been a burnt out bulb always a problem with the installation.

Made an appointment with Jammie at Auto Additions,letting him know that the alarm goes off when I try to remote start my truck.Went in & was greeted by Jeff, who took my truck back to the shop to have a tech look into the problem.About 20 minutes later Jeff came to the waiting area & took me to the garage area to talk with the tech& show me the problem.I met Jason (the tech) & he showed me the wire under the door panel that the auto dealer tech failed to hook up after their service.He also showed  me a repair that someone had done before with glue,that may cause me future problems.After completeing the work Jeff handed me the keys & said "no charge".These guys went out of their way to help someone like me that they didn't know from Adam.I will surely remember them if & when I need future work done from their shop.

I was referred here by a glass company, and when they took the headliner down, exposing the sunroof and pan they discovered the drip line was partially plugged and disconnected. The repair was made, and the headliner put back in place. They refused to charge anything, even though they worked me in to their schedule and spent at least 1/2 hour on my car. That simply does not happen often.

They were very very good. It was a very small place. They were so nice. I ended up with a smaller job than I thought I had. They ended up just stapling the roof. Everything worked out very well. They all were just very nice. I was really impressed with them. I will definitely go back there again if I have any type of issues with my car.

The radio stopped working, we took it to Auto Additions to troubleshoot the problem.  They identified that the amplifier needed to be replaced.  They replaced the amplifier in the short time period we had available, all work was professional, complete and thorough.

I would recommend them, I actually went to them because a friend recommended them. My friend has a Nissan and he wanted a new stereo and that is where the dealership told him to go. They did a good job on his so I had them do mine. I couldn't get my car on Friday after noon and they were normally closed Saturdays in the summer but the guy came in to give me my car. Based on the price of the unit and what I saw else where I cant say good incase someone else comes along and thinks they over charged. I will use them again because I was happy with their service.

They fixed the sunroof in my 1995 Saturn.  It no longer rains inside my car.  I can save my newspapers in case I get a puppy.

The guys at Auto Additions are great! They were helpful when I picked out the radio(which they had to order), and promptly called me when the radio was in, so I could make an appointment for installation. I can't  remember the name of the gentleman who I specifically had contact with, but he was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly, and I was pleased with the results. The customer service is excellent, and I'm impressed with the quality of the work. I had a moon roof installed 8 years ago by Auto Additions when I bought my car (which I still own today) and I have not had one bit of trouble with it. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!

FIRST THEY INSTALLED BOTH HEATED SEAT SWITCHES OVER BY THE DRIVERS WINDOW. THE LEATHER LOOKS GREAT EXCEPT FOR ONE AREA UNDER THE CENTER ARM PIECE IN THE BACKSEAT. WE ARE WAITING FOR THE GIANT WRINKLE TO GO AWAY BY ITSELF AS INSTRUCTED BY THE WORKERS. THEY MOVED ONE SWITCH TO THE PASSENGER SIDE AS REQUESTED AND THE NOW WE CANNOT CLOSE THE CENTER CONSOLE AND A PIECE OF THE DASH BOARD IS NOT PUT BACK PROPERLY. ALSO WHEN MY HUSBAND TOOK THE CAR TO THE SHOP TO HAVE THE REPAIRS MADE, HE WANTED TO BUY SOME LEATHER CLEANER. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND TOLD HIM HE WAS READY TO GO AND LEFT SO QUICKLY, MY HUSBAND JUST PUT THE CLEANER BACK ON THE SHELF. I DO BELIEVE WHEN WE CALL THEM NEXT WEEK TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE GIANT WRINKLE NOT STRAIGHTENING ITSELF OUT, AND ABOUT THE DASHBOARD AND CENTER CONSOLE, THEY WILL FIX IT PROMPTLY. IF NOT, I WILL BE SURE TO PLACE AN UPDATED REPORT IN THE FILE FOR YOU.
