Our experience with AO was fantastic from start to finish.  The sales person who helped us was extremely patient with us.  We must have stopped in the store 3-4 times before finally deciding on a table.  We ended up going with a custom order and she kept in touch with us while she checked with the craftsman to make sure he could accommodate our size request, and notified us as soon as it was ready.  They were able to deliver it within just a few days of it being ready.  It arrived today!  The delivery men were super nice, professional, and personable.  They brought the pieces in and put the table together quickly.  Before they left they told me how to properly care for it.  I can't describe how beautiful the table is!  It's live edge and no 2 pieces are alike; it's truly one of a kind.  It's solid and of the highest quality.  AO's prices are higher than other stores, but it's because it's such high quality; you're getting what you pay for.  We couldn't be happier!

The furniture is lovely and well made. Delivery time was about three months, but you are aware of this when you make the purchase. The furniture was delivered as scheduled, wiped down and the bookcase door glass polished. The company is helpful in explaining care of the wood. I think they would be responsive if repairs are needed.

THE TABLE CAME WITH ONE SMALL DING IN IT. THE DELIVERY MEN DID NOT HESITATE TO TAKE THE DINGED TABLE LEAF BACK WITH THEM. THEY CALLED A FEW WEEKS LATER TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO COME BACK AND PICK UP THE WHOLE TABLE TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WENT TOGETHER PERFECTLY. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THEY EVEN INSTALLED AND SET-UP THE TABLE FOR ME.
