OVER THE PHONE THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A SERVICE CHARGE. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO, THEY DO NOT FIX LEEKS AND THEN WANTED ME TO PAY $150. WHEN I CALLED WAYNE, HE SAID IT SHOULD BE $120, BUT WHY NOT $99. IF NOT IN WILL BE $120 OR PAY WHAT YOU THINK.
Description of Work: I CALLED 1800FLOODED ABOUT THE WATER COMING IN BY MY DECK.
