He arrived when he said he would and was worried about getting our rug dirty. He wanted to come around the house to where the A/C was so he wouldn't track in dirt. He told us what was wrong, what could happend, how he could fix it and approximately how long it would take and how much it would cost.
He did all he said he would and it has worked great ever since.
