The night before I was doing laundry and it started to smell.  The next morning I called around to find someone to come repair my washer.  Some turned me down due to distance or I would have to wait a week for them to show up.  I called Ace and they were here by 2 that day.  He let me watch and showed me what was going on and we discussed the repairs and damage and compared prices to fix or buy a new one.  He recommended a new one when the price for parts, labor and the damage to the washer would be almost as much as a new one.  I just didn't want to put money into a machine that I didn't like that well and I love my new one.  I am glad I chose Ace.  Thanks!!

We were in a bind as the appliance was not cooling and we were forced to put our perishable items in coolers. We were provided with a one year home warranty service when we purchased our home, however they informed us that no one could come out until May 15 We were referred to Tim (Ace Appliance) and even though it was already past 4:00 PM, he showed up at our house as a courtesy. He had the part on his truck and within an hour, the refrigerator/freezer was in A-1 condition. Extremely nice, extremely diligent in providing the needed repair and I would recommend this company highly. Thank you Tim!
