I am real happy with their services. If you got a sick cat or something, she is always willing to meet you over there. She goes out of her way to help you. You can always bring a stray in and she'll get it fixed for you. Just one thing after another with her. She is just really good and has been really good to me. I think they are the regular cost. I usually get a discount because I take so many cats over there.

They were really good. We can walk in if I have one that we needed to right now. She also considers my situation like I used to catch strays and take them over there. She says that I can take them over after I catch them and they will take care of the cat. She also called me may times, person-to-person, to tell me what is going on and that means a lot. Sometimes I have to make a decision and she lays it out for me so that I can make a decision even if it is hard.

The doctor has always been very thorough and provides options. She is very intelligent and has true concerns for pets. It is always hard to find a good veterinarian, but she is a real find!

Dr Theuring diagnosed my pet with acute kidney failure and was able to get her kidneys functioning again. My pet was sent to a specialist, after she was ok. The staff always calls to check up and ensure treatment was effective, and the staff works hard to fit pets in for acute services. I have been very pleased.

One of my first experience with the vet was during their low-cost cat spay and neuter clinic. I wanted to get my multiple barn cats fixed, and they took care of this professionally with a caring attitude at a very reasonable price.

We adopted our yellow lab from a rescue in Vandalia and found out that West Milton Veterinary Clinic was the vet that was associated with this rescue. The woman who runs the rescue told us that she always used this vet and that they were willing to help the rescue out at very low cost. This was a great sign as far as we were concerned.

When our dachshund was bitten by our neighbors dog, they recommended we call West Milton Vet Clinic because that is who they used. I called, having never taken my dog there before, and was told he could be seen and treated the same day! This was a relief and greatly appreciated in an already stressful situation.

We finally switched all our dogs to their care in early 2011. Their attitude and professionalism, as well as their concerns about keeping costs down, are second to none! We ended up having to put our old dog down in June of this year, and that situation was handle with so much care and concern for both ourselves and our dog.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this office!!

This is a full service vet and they are great. They have been treating my animals for nine years now and they are really great people. I have never gone anywhere else. The facility is clean and everything. They keep it like it is brand new, it is totally clean all the time. I have no complaints with them at all.
