Only got 3 treatments, and was told aeration is not included. Called 5 times to try to get fixed but he wouldn't respond.

It went well. No issues whatsoever. Will likely hire next spring for lawn treatments.

Called Jon on a Thursday afternoon and received a prompt callback within a few hours. Jon came out and aerated the lawn as requested on Sunday while we were out and he left the invoice on our door. You'll need to let him know if you have an invisible pet fence or some kind of sprinkler system in your lawn. (Not sure what is required if either condition applies to your yard.) Had no problems and we would definitely use him again.

Everything went great! He replied quickly to my call. He came out the next weekend, aerated the entire yard and left the bill on the door. Very professionally done, I would and will hire him again.

Aeration single and double. Does an excellent job and does very flexible and punctional. Best aeration service I have seen. Been using him for last 9 years 1 to 2 time per year.

I called to ask about pricing and the 5% discount for paying in advance. Told him another company had already done a spring fertilization but I would be interested in 4 treatments and an aeration. He normally charges an additional $8.50 per each 1000 sq feet over 4000, but instead he gave it to us for the standard $40. He came out 2 days later, left a quote on my door for paying as I go or all in advance. Good price as my other service with the same work would have been $100 more for the summer AND I believe I won't have to deal with overspray of weed killer killing my perennials.

Jon came out and gave me an estimate in the spring and his price was far and above better than any other company for either the same services, or in the case of the package I selected, more. My deluxe plus package included grub control and aeration which many other companies charged $40-$60 per service on top of your regular lawn treatments. I asked him to treat my lawn for the 2008 year and paid in advance for the year to get a 5% discount over individual trip prices which made his services an even better deal. Jon came out this year and treated the lawn which was in pretty bad shape from the previous homeowner so I don't expect a picture perfect lawn right away, but feel that with his services and my own watering and maintenance habits the lawn should come along nicely in the next year or two, which is about normal for a maintained lawn. All to often people expect immediate results and this just isn't possible, you'll see an initial greening of the lawn but the services will help it in the long run by building the roots and making the lawn healthier and greener. You usually don't know when he is coming, but he will leave your invoice on the door as well as a lawn marker to let you know the lawn has been treated that day if you are not home. I was home a couple of times this year when he showed up and was happy with the services. He will use the spreader to lay down the granular treatments, then follows up with a spot spraying for tougher weeds and problem areas on the lawn.
