Very friendly when calling with questions. Delivery and pickup were right on time. Extra days were not needed for this project but was extremely inexpensive to add days if we needed.

There was a little misunderstanding on my part for delivery time for the first day (and some mechanical problems as well). However, they went above and beyond to make my total experience with them great. When the contractors filled the dumpster completely the first day, they were there early the next morning to get it emptied and returned. I absolutely would use them again for any additional dumpster services.

Generally, it went fine. It was difficult scheduling for a pick up (we had tight windows due to house showings), and there wasn't much commitment given to hitting our needs. However, all turned out fine.

I called several places and was told it would be 3-4 days before they could deliver dumpster. I called MOD and they were able to deliver a 15 cu.ft. that day. Great price and prompt service!
