 + -1 moreHe has been working on this piano for several years, bringing it up to pitch and making some repairs. It sounds wonderful. He is prompt, efficient, reasonable, and just all around fantastic! Cannot recommend him highly enough.

 + -1 moreHe is phenomenal. He's awesome, he's really good and he's reasonable. He's very professional and a good guy. I always, always appreciate his work. He plays the piano beautifully. He's got all the tools, he's very neat, he shows up when he says he will and he always calls to remind you. He's done a lot of repair work, too. He comes all the way to house so the price is very good. If I buy another piano I will use him again.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with Mark's work. The piano had been delivered from some distance and lost it's tune quite quickly. It was in desparate need of Mark's expertise. He spent the necessary time to make it sound absolutely wonderful! He will be on my list for an annual tuning for sure!
Description of Work: I called Mark on Monday, 2/14/11. He said he had a break in his schedule and he could come over the next day. He came on Tuesday, 2/15/11 and performed a complete re-tune of my piano.

 + -1 moreMark has been tuning this baby grand for about 20 years. He came twice a year when our daughter was using it regularly. I appreciate the reminders so we can maintain the excellent condition of the piano.
Description of Work: Mark called to remind me that it was time for our baby grand piano's annual tuning and suggested a time he would be in the area. He came at the agreed time and tuned the piano. He is very professional and clearly loves pianos.
