Jon did an excellent job at communicating why he believed I was hearing the sound I was hearing.  He demonstrated what it looked like by showing me a picture of how things are put together.  He told me the recommendations for the van with no pressure. He test drove it to see if he could hear the sound I described to him and was very kind and respectful. The services I requested were performed and I will return in the future for other services.
