Denny was recommended to us by a realtor friend. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He installed a light fixture in the dining room, and the placement is perfect. He also repaired a sink, and installed some hooks in the garage for bikes. We are pleased with the quality of work and the price. We will definitely use him again.

I needed a door from the garage to the laundry room installed, and had the provider out to survey the job. He asked me if I was going to get the door or if I wanted him to get it. I had priced doors and said I'd get the door. At that time he seemed in a hurry to leave. I asked what he thought the job might cost. He said he'd work up the price and call. It was at that time I kind of sensed he wasn't interested. If your a handyman, you know how about how much it will cost. My thinking was correct, he never contacted me back.

Denny saved me a ton of time. The dry wall guys were coming the next day to start putting up the drywall, and Denny made sure the insulation was in place, so I passed my rough in inspection (i.e. insulation inspection).

The work went well. The work passed permit inspection. The price was right. Very polite, personable, and nice.
