 + -1 moreWalnut Homes lied about the home that they could build for us. After looking at the plans that they drew up we decided that we needed to be released from the contract. Walnut Homes fabricated services rendered when in fact we only had a verbal lot hold on the property in Butterfield Park. We were willing to give Walnut Homes $2,0000 for having incorrect plans drawn up. Walnut Homes stole $8,000 from us even after being told that they weren't going to keep our money. Buyers Beware of this company!!
Description of Work: A contract drawn up and a lot hold for a house to be built. Walnut Homes required $12,0000.00 ($1,000 for the lot hold and $11,000 when the contract was signed)
