Car seems to run good but very expensive

Initially, very happy with their service. I liked that we were using a local business over a national chain. However, over the past 6 months it has gone downhill fast. While I know that a Kia Sedona over 10 years old is not going to be as reliable as a Honda or Toyota, we have chosen to fix the car vs buying a new one. Therefore, we have had them repair many problems. Over the past 6 months every repair was followed up by a new repair usually 2-3 months later on a different area of the van. it got to the point that we were fixing the vehicle every 45-60 days at prices from 250-500 per incident. My wife and I began to feel as though they were actually fixing one problem but creating another to have us come back. The final straw was this past week. We had the car in for service at the beginning of the month because the AC would not work properly from their fix this past May. After the third visit of correcting prior mistakes on their part, we were now told that the power steering hose was leaking and that the hose connecting the condenser to the compressor was bad. Mind you, we drove it up there with ABSOLUTELY no steering problems. When we were told that these two new repairs were over $700. we decided to no longer use them for service. Now here's the best part, we live just 3.5 miles from their site. By the time we drove the van home, it was almost impossible to steer. When I got out of the van I took this picture. Keep in mind, when we drove it up there, it steered fine. I am not a car person, but I honestly believe that they created this problem or made it 10x worse. Since I cant prove they did this, my goal is to have this review posted and to tell as many people/neighbors/friends as I can to NEVER use this automotive business in West Chester, Ohio.

I was satisfied with the service.

The best experience I have ever had with a repairman on my car. Professionals and caring. A great group of guys, that I will truly recommend! I am highy pleased, and price wise, VERY reasonable! I'm going back next week, they beat a quote for tires that I had from Tire Discounters!!! Wonderful experience & these guys will be the only ones working on my car from now on. I live in Arlington Heights, and they are in West Chester. But, believe me, it's worth the drive!

These guys are the best.  A truly professional outfit run with integrity.  I have been taking my families cars there for over a year now and would not ever consider another place.
I can't say enough positive things...It took 6 years of living in the area to find an honest mechanic and these guys made it worth the wait.
Do yourself a favor and stop looking for a mechanic...Call Paul & Jason...

They offer fair pricing  and have loaner cars. They give quick and honest repairs and they keep you updateda. I would recommend them to anyone.

well - they serviced the car, and allowed me to use a loaner for the day.  Left care one night and picked up the next.  Called when car was ready - estimate was accurate.
