They are very good. I have had no problems with them at all. I think they are friendly and they listen to what I want done. How I want my hair cut, and how I want it styled, or if I want to change the color of my hair. They are just really friendly and they go out to really help me and make sure that my experience is really nice. It is not really expensive. They are very professional.

It was a great experience, from the initial phone call I made to make the appointment all the way through my haircut. I appreciated being able to get in on the same day as the call I made.

The receptionist greeted me at the door and was very friendly. The spa has a very warm and cozy feel...it is in an old home. The spa is very clean and up to date. I was greeted by Jan (my hair stylist) within 3 minutes of entering the door. She was timely and prompt. She consulted me in the chair before she started and proceeded. At the end of the service, she assured me once again by saying if I wasn't absolutely satisfied with the color in a week, to call the spa. Again, I will go back and refer this spa to many.

I like the product that they use. They are very friendly, well trained, and I like the ambiance of the salon.

My stylist is Courtney and she's excellent. It's not too hard to get an appointment with her most of the time. She is always pleasant and a real sweetheart. I get compliments on my hair all the time.

I made a first-time appointment and was "assigned" to Tracy. She did a beautiful cut and showed me how to style it exactly as I wanted. I am very impressed and happy with her. After a year living in this area Husband still hasn't found a good stylist and decided to try the Village Spa after my great experience. He made an appointment and was "assigned" to Dini (I couldn't remember Tracy's name at the time for an appt with her). Dini turned out to be the best! She cut his hair the right length and it was professional and complimentary to his receding hairline. A "very" flattering cut for him! His only complaint is that it was loud. Of course, it was a "very" busy after-work appointment and there was a lot of chatting, as usual in a busy salon. My appointment was during the day and it was a little quieter. Oh, and each time the staff persons who happened to be at the front desk were very positive and attentive each time.

Before going to The Village Spa, I had tried all the major salons in the area and was never really happy with the cut, color or style. I have curly hair and always hated my hair. I decided to try The Village Spa. Jan Arents now does my hair. She is GREAT. I love the cut, color and style. I feel she is the first person I have gone to who understands curly hair. I now have beautiful curls instead of a fuzzy, frizzy mess. I also like the relaxed atmosphere of the salon. It is a beautiful, quaint salon and always very clean. Everyone is very friendly. They are an Aveda salon but there is NO pressure to buy products like you get at other salons.

The experience is ALWAYS outstanding--Kathy, my facialist, is the best! I always cringe at spending that much money for something so temporary, but it really is worth it!
