I?ve purchased Select Comfort mattresses before &
thought I wanted another one. I originally went to the Kenwood store. It was
disappointing. Some of the models were not available to try and the salesman
gave poor information. I decided to the West Chester store before giving up. I
had a much better experience there. They had all of the models available.  All of the sales people were professional, courteous,
and well informed. They were there to answer questions and provide assistance
without hovering too much. My salesman was Charlie ? he was terrific. He was
very knowledgeable and made the process of choosing a mattress much easier. He even
helped me choose the right pillow. He continued to give me highest level of
attention even after the sale. I had a lot of concerns regarding the mattress
delivery. He did everything possible to ensure a smooth delivery.  The delivery went well. The truck was not a
Sleep Number truck (they had to use one with better traction because bad road
conditions), but the crew had Sleep Number shirts and IDs. They were polite and
friendly. They were respectful of my property. My mattress was quickly set up.
One down side of the delivery service is a very limited delivery schedule.
I would highly recommend Charlie and the West Chester Sleep
Number store.
P.S. I gave a grade B for quality because I had a slight
problem with the mattress and one of the remotes. Both problems are being
corrected.
