I really wanted a cleaning service to maintain my bathrooms with a whole home vacuum / mop, but they keep adding "rotations" to the cycle and it's up to once every 8-weeks that they perform a detailed clean of the bathroom. I have tried to get them to only do the bathroom rotation, but despite calling this doesn't seem to change.
One of my biggest pet pevs is the damage the cause to the house. We recently had the entire first floor remodeled, so all the trim was freshly painted and we don't have kids. Most of our base boards are full of scuff marks up and down which can only be from their vacuums. In their rush to get in and out quickly to maximize how many houses they can clean in a day they don't take care not to damage my house.
They don't steal, they show up on time, and they are responsive when I call. I have had them back to reclean a few times, but it seems like they only do their best job if the manager shows up. If you just need someone to help keep your house picked up and vacuum this company is pretty good and not outrageously expensive. If you are looking someone to clean your house as good as your mother, I would pass.
