We had a loss with them and it was very unpleasant. We had a case filed against him last year because he had taken extra money from us and the judgment was that he had to pay us the extra money he had taken and we had to give him the money that we had agreed to pay for his contract earlier. He didn’t pay us even after that. He is a disaster. They are not honest people and they try to push everything on us. We had a couch and it was supposed to be washable but he told us that it had to be dry-cleaned and we had to spend extra money on that. He was trying to sell products and put high pressure on us to do so. I will not use him again for anything in the future.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING THESE PEOPLE! I have my carpets cleaned two to three times a year because of my dog, and I've never had a bad experience. I tried these people because of a coupon, but after their fuel surcharge & extra charges it was no cheaper. Josh & Tony arrived on time, but instead of parking in the driveway, like everyone else, they parked in front of the house and walked across my snowy, muddy (I just had a blue max pipe replaced) yard. When I opened the door they stepped onto my Christmas rug and wiped their muddy feet on it. I said I had just cleaned & asked them not to track mud in. I asked if it would be better to go through the garage and they said they would & moved the truck. In the meantime, Josh began spot-spraying, tracking mud onto my hardwood & carpet, making it look worse than it did before they came - I promise, gobs of mud. I said something about that & Tony said I was making too much of a big deal, they would clean it - they're carpet cleaners. I asked if they were going to clean my hardwood floors & rugs they were dirtying, too. Tony got angry and said "I''m not arguing with you. I'm cleaning up my spots and leaving." I protested, explaining that I had just cleaned the house & had company coming with 5 days til Christmas. I asked them to please finish. He wouldn't even listen. I called the manager, Greg "Tony" Roberto & asked to speak to the owner. I could not. I asked him to have the men finish. He put me on hold & took Tony's call from my house, then decided "they could not make me happy" and were leaving. I said I was an Angie's member & to have owner call in next couple hours before I made this report. He said he wouldn't be talking to the owner. Josh had been cleaning the mud off the stairs, the machine was making a ton of noise & I had the manager on the phone. As Josh walked by me I touched his arm & asked him if he could fix the situation & finish the job. He grabbed his arm & said "you don't touch me". And he referred to "this" as a "hostile situation." I cannot begin to tell you what an over-exaggeration these men made about my complaints about mud on my floors. But take my word for it, it was the worst customer service experience of my 50 years - and the manager didn't help it one bit. I made it clear they could satisfy me by finishing the job & they would not. As Josh was leaving he said "It's people like you who make me glad this is my last day." That says it all, don't you think?

They were the worst carpet cleaners that I have had in my life. They said that the stains in the family room could not be removed. We cleaned it ourselves after they left with a home carpet cleaner. The stains came right up. They spent 10 minutes on each room and made little effort.

They were very friendly when they were working for me. They were very professional about the job. They showed up on time to do the work for me.

Excellent. Grant and Chris were polite and prompt. They even said "please" and "thank you" to each other! No "strong-arm" sales gimmicks on extra cleaning or coatings (But they did ask, as I am sure they are required). The price was right! I live in an "upscale neighborhood" and I am convinced that I sometimes get charged more by some vendors! I look forward to having Steam Masters back next year.

The job they did was terrible. The carpet was in relatively good shape before they cleaned the first time, but looked worse after they cleaned. They gladly came back a second time and sold me some extra cleaning for $37 more. This seemed to have destroyed the carpet, so now the carpet is being replaced.

Excellent. Good technicians. Tony G., prompt, polite and helpful. Worked around our schedule and arrived on time and did the job well and left spot cleaner for spills.

Excellent job! Worker was courteous and able to remove stains our carpet cleaner was unable to get out. Gave us information on what is best to use to spot clean our carpet, especially since we have dogs. Would hire them again!

The person who cleaned was honest about which spots would come out & which might not. Only 1 person came & he didnt move as much furniture as I would have liked.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME ON TIME & DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING CARPETS. HE TOLD ME HOW CLEAN I COULD EXPECT TO GET MY CARPETS, AS THE ARE OLD, BEFORE HE STARTED TO CLEAN. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB.

THE COMPANY OVERCHARGES, IS DISHONEST AND DOES NOT COMPLETE THE WORK.
