The office staff was super responsive and comfortable using my preferred method of communication, which is email due to my erratic work schedule. Stephanie came to give our consultation on design exactly when she said she would, she listened to our ideas, and gave us a design drawing that allowed us to know exactly what she was suggesting. We were clear on why she made the choices, what it would costs, and had flexibility about when and how to implement it. The work crew that came to rip out our old landscaping was timely and professional. We were completely satisfied.
