Replacement of drain pan and drain line was accomplished in 2 hours on 09/03/16. Installer fell through ceiling. I was promised ceiling repair and repainting would be done in a timely manner. After several phone calls the past two weeks to service manager and business office, no one has called to schedule repair and Quality has not given me number of drywall finishers for me to contact. On 09/15/16 I offered to find reputable repair company and estimated damage at $150 .

My air conditioning sends weak air to the 2nd floor. Using a coupon, I had them come out to do a check-up on the unit. Also, I was considering adding a 2nd unit or possibly adding duct work, and was looking for an estimate. The tech showed up, had no suggestions for improving air flow to the 2nd floor. After doing the check-up, he indicated all the freon was emptied from the unit (which did not see right since it was working for lower floors). I did not think this was possible, but I reluctantly agreed to pay $250ish to refill all the freon, with him promising it would fix all the issues. I would not normally have agreed, but I had a newborn baby and did not want him to endure a hot, humid house. About an hour later I call home to check with my mother who had let them in. She informs me the tech had left, saying the air conditioning was broken and would need fixed tomorrow. I spent the rest of the night trying to reach the company to get someone out to fix my AC, which was mostly working up to that point (other than being somewhat weak on the 2nd floor). The tech called and said they would not be able to look at it until the morning. The next morning, the owner came and "turned on" whatever the tech had "turned off". But, that did not change the fact that I had to sleep through the night with a newborn in a heat filled house. Also, he indicated that the freon wasn't empty, the tech just wasn't checking it right. I was not charged for any service, but in the end, I have no idea if my system actually was working as expected, I never received any quotes, and my newborn had an unpleasant night.
